Rooms are good for it's price. Hotel is located near to public transport like aksaray tram station and 10 min walk to metro station. As requested They prepared breakfast early at 4:30 am as we we were fasting. They even went 1 step extra by Arranging space for our extra luggages while we were travelling to other areas of turkey. However room service could have been better as they missed to replace the towels and clean the room even after the request at the end of day 1.

Lovely hotel with good communication, very close there is metro, tram, bus, restaurants and main street with many shops! The staff are very friendly and immediately help with anything they can! there is paid parking which is convenient and can be paid for a few days in advance! the breakfast in the morning is quite abundant, rich and very tasty! The rooms are a little tight, but it's very nice and comfortable!

The hotel seemed "worn out", but the location was great due to the nearby tram and metro lines. One downside was that one ot the receptionists didn't know english and it made the communication a bit hard. The breakfast was okay but maybe too spiced for some, it lacked fresh fruit and lighter options.

Excellent customer service, smiles from all the staff.

Location couldnt be better, right next the aksaray T1 tram station which takes you to Hagia sofia in under 10 minutes (20 minute or so nice walk too). Also next to clothes, food and grocery shops.

Breakfast is better than some very nice 5 star hotels i’ve been at. Everything felt fresh and clean.

As for the rooms, they were very clean, great room service and in general great value. Will recommend for anyone wishing to be close to centre at a good price.

Hotel to avoid.
The rooms are too small. The sheets were not provided and replaced by a duvet cover for 1 person. The duvet was also for 1 person, we had to ask for an extra one.
Presence of cockroaches in our room and in the bathroom, we were changed rooms after a complaint to the reception.
Everything is quite old and the hygiene leaves something to be desired. The curtains, sheets and towels were torn.
In addition, we asked for a transfer shuttle to get to the airport, the price was not the same between two people at the reception and much too high. So we booked a shuttle ourselves on the internet.
The area is not touristy.
This stay did not deserve the sum of almost 800 euros for 10 days.

Great hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. They are cleaned every morning, our things are packed, clean towels are placed. Breakfast is decent, for my taste most dishes are spicy. The staff is friendly and helpful. All recommendations for this hotel. When I come to Turkey again, I will definitely stay at the Aspalace Hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, Clean, Modern, Usefull. the tram which runs through the entire old town is right outside the door.Marmaray 10 minets walking. The reception staff ( Emine Ayse Azat Kenan aaaand Yusuf )is very friendly and very helpful. || Breakfast is very good, It will be my second haus in istanbul.Thanks for cafee Thanks for everything ...Family Efetürk
