Hotel Bossuite Business

Almost nobody speaks english + women at breakfast mostly look angry. They have a great bar but it doesnt work in the evenings - so bad, such potential and nothing is happening. THE WORST- 6 breakfasts were THE SAME. They give you pre-prepared plate. If you check people they leave 50% of food, I hope they dont use this food next day! Salami on plate was old. Absolutely no muessli or yogurt or fruit or any light breakfast. I bought it on my own. They should give open bar option. Or at least some fruit and muesli. Dissapointed.

Hotel is fine, nice and close to public transport. Staff are lovely and rooms are small but clean. Breakfast was great. However it is deceiving to call the hotel a “business hotel”. There are no desks in room for working, breakfast doesn’t start until 9am (both a bit ridiculous if you are staying for business). The rooms are paper thin with drunken people in and out each evening waking up everyone else on the same floor.

The hotel has a good location (on Asian side). It's nearby nice coffee places and also 15 min. walk from ferries that would take you to the European side.

The room was okay, but there was a cigarette smell, plus no toiletries were supplied. Breakfast was okayish and the stuff was helpful. but hotel is located on a super busy street, so we had a night when we couldn't sleep at all! Again the English of service could be slightly better to make the communication easier.

Pros:

- The hotel is located in a convenient location.
- The rooms and equipment are clean and new
- The restaurant is nice and has nice staff
- Room view on the last floor was nice
- The gentleman at the evening reception was nice and professional

Cons:

- I had the room with terrace and the AC unit was above the room which would vibrate and had a constant humming noise which was unbearable. even with good window isolation.
- The staff weren't very friendly but did the bare basics.
- My room was ready at 14:20 but I got a call to vacant the room before 12:00 which was a little cheap
- The breakfast wasn't an open buffet and the offered breakfast was very basic and limited.
- I had a drink at the restaurant and paid for it immediately but heard the reception asking the restaurant staff if i had paid for it when i was in front of the elevator, again very cheap move.

I wont recommend it to foreigners but they were much nicer with Turkish guests. hence the many positive reviews from Turkish people. I guess the lack of English language knowledge was a big barrier. The gentlemen at evening reception spoke English well though.
