The staff and the cleanliness was great

Low-drama low-profile all-purpose hotel in a lovely quiet area of Asian side of Istanbul. So glad I chose it for a last minute stay. I swapped hotels to here because I wanted cleanliness and I got it here for sure. Warm welcome at desk. Late checkout was flexible. Good rate including breakfast. Elevators are quick. WiFi is good. Hot shower and air conditioning working. Water provided. No gimmicks or obnoxious elements found in many other hotels in Istanbul. Quiet, businessy lobby. An absolute gem. A bit hard for Uber to reach since it’s on a side road one way. But overall very happy with this clean and well managed property. The best sound is no sound, the best smell is no smell. No street noise here at all. And lovely bathrooms also.

Functional hotel geared to business travellers and medical patients with the basics well covered including early breakfast (7am to 11am), large comfortable beds, strong wi-fi, quiet sorroundings, ample working space in the lobby and a la carte food menu. The level of cleanliness is outstanding with every corner in the hotel and rooms meticulously cleaned. Location wise the hotel is a four minute walk from a non distinctive high street with restuarants, pharmacies and a university. The closest subway station is Küçükbakkalköy, which is a twelve minute way up the high street. The breakfast buffet is okay with a good selection of fruits, nuts and eggs. At an average of USD $100 to USD $135 a night it offers an acceptable alternative to the pricer Hilton and Marriot nearby. Three recommendations for improvement. One, refit the fitness room as it is currently a throw back to the 80s with a 10am opening time which is inconvenient for business guests. Two, designate non-smoking rooms to ensure there is accommodation were cigarette smoke has never been present. Three, install mini fridges that provide meaningful cooling given the current ones have a very limited range. The service is warm, inmensly professional and accomodating with a good knowledge of English which is a plus for international travellers. A good all-rounder hotel with some easily addressable areas to make them a great property in the mid range business hotel category.

We have stayed for a week. The hotel is great. Hospitality is amazing. Warm and welcoming reception staff, special thanks to Eray👍. The rooms are clean, if needed something quick response. Breakfast was great! Felt like at home. Looking forward to seeing you again 👍!

Great hotel that combines everything a guest could ask for. New, sparkling clean and spacious rooms, perfect service at every spot of the hotel, has a lovely peaceful garden to eat and relax and good location. My special thanks for Eray, an exceptional super hardworking reception manager, who goes out of his way to help his guests with everything, he wows you with super fast service, he understands you and makes you feel super-valued. He gets you a cab in a moment which is really very important in Istanbul where you might struggle with finding cabs. I can`t fault anything at all, 100% recommend! Resepsiyon mudurumuz Eray Bey hayatimda gordugum en misafirperver, is bitirici, yardimci ve caliskan otel host`u. Kendisinin otelin basarisinda payi buyuk bence. Kendisi bana tak diye bir taksi cagirdi 5 dkya taksi geldi ve karsiya beni konforla gecirdi, bunlar Istanbul icin onemli ve buyuk seyler. Eray Bey sayesinde kesinlikle artik hep bu otelde kalacagim, tum uzun ve kisa ziyaretlerimde. Tum ekibe binlerce tesekkurler!

Spa service 6/10

The room is good, and the amenities they offer is of great quality (shampoo, shower gel). However, the room smells like ashtray. The breakfast is also disappointing, despite the fact the view of the rooftop, where is located the restaurant, is amazing. Also, the hotel is located besides a minaret, meaning you’ll probably be waken up at 5’ and at 7’ due to the prays. The hotel accessibility is problematic for those facing any mobility issues.

We advise this nice hotel to anyone who needs to stay in Anatolian side. The most priceworthy hotel we have ever stayed!! Thank you Tryp. See you again soon.

The hotel environment is okay and hygienic. It's a bit small.
