Sheraton Grand Istanbul Atasehir

Probably the best Marriott on the Asian side of istanbul. I am ambassador member with Marriott and enjoyed the club lounge, great breakfast and great service. The poo is a blast. Gym is equipped with world class equipment. Definitely will come again.

Very kind staff. They had my headphones in lost&found for three months. The location is great if you are on a business trip. Breakfast is plenty and tasty.

On arrival we were given a room but not specifically what we had asked for which was twin beds. The desk person said to wait in the lobby and she would return with a different room. We waited half an hour and then decided to get dinner. It took over an hour to change rooms. We also had a concert so it left little time to rest in the room. Disappointed as check in was at 3 and staff hadn't read our booking correctly. The manager later apologized and gave us a complementary breakfast.

Amazing property, closer to the business centre of Atasehir. The rooms are well kept, with all needed amenities and impeccable views. The restaurant serves nice food and is vegetarian friendly. We loved the food served here. The hotel staff is very warm and courteous.

Really hotel is amazing and very nice and all services are great.
I would like to appreciate the great and thank Ms. ECE for her very nice altitude and the customer care she has which have significant positive impact towards the hotel.

Also I would like to thank all receptions and room services employees who are very kind and supportive.

Sure i will comeback again to this hotel in future visits.

Food was good with lots of variety for breakfast

Staff were always happy to help.

Didn't like the fact that someone came knocking whilst I was still in the room to check the fridge and snack bar- just found it a bit intrusive

Public transport is not easily accessible but gettaround is doable. Would be nice if the hotel offered a shuttle service to the nearest train/tram station

I recently enjoyed a short stay here and loved my room, it was spacious, clean and modern and loved that it had two restrooms and both a shower and bath. I loved the view of my room overlooking the vast Asian side of Istanbul. One big negative although was the AC in the room, which made the room very hot even after someone came to fix it.

The breakfast here was incredibly impressive and included everything you could possibly want and more! The chef’s in the kitchen were so friendly and smiley which was delightful 😊. The gym downstairs is massive, probably the biggest and most advanced hotel gym I have seen, and the swimming pool was also nice too - but is more of a leisure centre pool instead of a luxury spa pool. I also liked how the executive lounge had a rooftop balcony that wrapped around the building.

Overall the hotel is more suited to people coming for business as there is not many attractions to see nearby, but there are shopping centres and restaurant’s all very close.

I joined this hotel for a business trip and it was great! The room was wide, super clean and all of the towels were changed every day.
The services are also great (sauna, gym...) with someone always available at the wellness center in case of help needed. The receptionist was super kind when I had problems with my cards' international payment, and she was able to solve the issue very fast.

The service alone from emreh is worth the stay. i flew from israel to istanbul for a surgery that was held near the hotel. so i booked 4 nights but to my dissapontment the surgery got cancelled and i had to go back home. i must say that the service of all the staff is simply wonderful! but emreh from the reservations dept is outstanding! he was so nice and understood my problem and helped me so so much. i will without a doubt go back for this kind of service alone. the breakfast is nice, not a Huge selection but really nice and on point. staff always smile to greet you. hotel is nice and modern but the rooms are a tiny bit dated (to my eyes), room swervice is nice too. i completly reccomend

It was one night stay. The breakfast selection was impressive, however, some staff require some etiquette training, I saw hotel staff eating directly from the buffet while walking! I felt that is not professional at all. The room was nice, the reception staff were very nice and helpful. Good value for that price.
