without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff displayed an appalling lack of professionalism and courtesy. Not only were they unhelpful, but they also lied about several issues throughout my stay.

Firstly, I was promised a room with a view, but upon arrival, I was given a room facing a noisy construction site. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they assured me that they would move me to a better room the next day. However, this never happened, and despite several follow-ups, they kept giving excuses or simply ignored my requests.

The lack of cooperation and the blatant lies were shocking. Rather than addressing the issues, the staff became dismissive and rude. I’ve never encountered such disregard for guests in any hotel before.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service, dishonest staff, and a complete lack of care for their guests made this an incredibly disappointing experience. Avoid at all costs!
Every staff has there own rules and stuff one says they can't call taxi and other come on his shift and said he can arrange taxi anytime .. ill recommend do not come to this hotel this is headache.

Location is great, simply amazing for tourism in general whether ur going around the markets or hopping on a boat.

Everything else is pretty underwhelming, the jacuzzi isn’t warm at all, and weakly powered.
The steam room doesn’t work.
The sauna is pretty decent.
Indoor swimming pool water is extremely murky, and seems to be pretty much unchlorinated.

One of the beds in my room is literally broken, like sunken in frame and everything. Big bummer.

Gym is extremely small and lacks everything, but I mean u can already figure that after seeing any photo of it, it’s not a surprise.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my previous stay at Orka Royal. I made a reservation for 4 people for 3 nights, booking two rooms with two bathrooms and four single beds.

Upon arrival and check-in, I was shocked to discover that the accommodation provided did not match the description I had booked. Instead of the two interconnected rooms with two bathrooms and four single beds, I was given only one room with two single beds. This was entirely unacceptable, as it did not meet the requirements of my booking and left my party of four with insufficient space and amenities.

When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of your staff and showed them the confirmation email with attached screenshots clearly outlining the details of my reservation, I was met with a dismissive response claiming that the hotel had run out of the specified room type. This explanation is wholly inadequate, as it demonstrates a failure on the part of your establishment to honor confirmed reservations and communicate effectively with guests regarding any changes or limitations in availability.

Given the unsatisfactory accommodation provided and the inconvenience caused to myself and my companions, I requested a refund so that we could seek alternative lodging nearby. Instead of promptly addressing our concerns and offering a suitable resolution, your staff begrudgingly provided us with keys to two separate rooms only after I insisted on compensation.

This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated with the level of service and professionalism demonstrated by your hotel. As a visitor to Istanbul, I expected to be treated with respect and integrity, yet I feel that your establishment attempted to take advantage of tourists by disregarding their confirmed reservations and providing substandard accommodation.

Furthermore, I must express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of your staff, particularly their attempt to dissuade guests from sharing their honest feedback through reviews.

In front of me, some people gave very high prices and others gave them less because they booked through a tourist company. This is theft.
