Firstly, I was promised a room with a view, but upon arrival, I was given a room facing a noisy construction site. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they assured me that they would move me to a better room the next day. However, this never happened, and despite several follow-ups, they kept giving excuses or simply ignored my requests.
The lack of cooperation and the blatant lies were shocking. Rather than addressing the issues, the staff became dismissive and rude. I’ve never encountered such disregard for guests in any hotel before.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service, dishonest staff, and a complete lack of care for their guests made this an incredibly disappointing experience. Avoid at all costs!
Every staff has there own rules and stuff one says they can't call taxi and other come on his shift and said he can arrange taxi anytime .. ill recommend do not come to this hotel this is headache.

Rooms are small but equipped with everything you need. Clean and well maintained.
The area is the best. Close to everything. From shops to public transport. Everything is close by.

Breakfast is a treat with to many to choose from. And again such friendly helpful staff
Everything else is pretty underwhelming, the jacuzzi isn’t warm at all, and weakly powered.
The steam room doesn’t work.
The sauna is pretty decent.
Indoor swimming pool water is extremely murky, and seems to be pretty much unchlorinated.
One of the beds in my room is literally broken, like sunken in frame and everything. Big bummer.
Gym is extremely small and lacks everything, but I mean u can already figure that after seeing any photo of it, it’s not a surprise.
