Paradise Hotel

The location is great but the hotel is nowhere near “Paradise”.
My friends and I have booked a triple room and the room is absolutely filthy. It has never been cleaned and it wasn’t clean even when we arrived. Underneath the beds, there is dust, the bathroom is smaller than a storage room and the people working at the hotel are terribly rude. Only an old gentleman is really nice, the other people are very rude and they don’t even speak english.
The breakfast is not good as it is not enough either.
We have been staying in this hotel from the 15th of June up to tomorrow and the room has never been cleaned. We asked for cleaning and they said that we are leaving tomorrow anyways, so no reason to clean the room. We booked another room for 2 of our friends and asked an upgrade to ours, and the gentleman at the reception had such an attitude as if we would have asked for the moon and the stars. I also asked for my towels to get changed, they told me someone will come and give us some towels. No one came for the past hour. I went to the reception again and asked for towels and the guy gave me attitude again. The air conditioning doesn’t work, the room is dirty, the bathroom is even dirtier, the breakfast is not good, the toilet paper doesn’t exist and the towels get changed only when they want.
This hotel deserves less than 0 stars.

The location is Loud but you have to excpect that given its 10 seconds from one of the most visited streets in the city.

The price is amazing. Given its location.

The room however was awfull. I didn’t make it an issue because i didn’t wanted trouble. But i should have requested a refund.

The bed is falling appart. The TV was akeew and didnt work. The fridge didnt work. The room was generally bad smelling. The AC remote didnt work there was a button on the ac unit itself that worked. But you couldnt changed the tempreture.

Overall awfull. STAY AWAY spend the extra money on a proper room. In a proper place.

hotel deserves zero stars, zero property (sheets, floor, wc) We waited 30 minutes to get into the room... huge noise during the night and fights in the hotel we booked for 3 nights, we had to cancel because of the poor location of this league, the manager refuses the refund. we are disgusted with this hotel and so much the better that there are other fantastic places

It was terrible! Disgusting! This hotel is very annoying. It's cold, Toilet is not fixed on the ground! The bath is not working well, the hairdryer is not working, the TV has no channel, doors are old and weak against security, the room is not soundproof at all, loud sounds of discos around it plays in your ears nightly, the refrigerator is empty, there is no tea or coffee in room, beds are dirty, it's freezing, towel paper is on the refrigerator, the elevator is tiny, the room size is not standard for three persons nor two persons, etc.

kidding me🤣garbage hotel is definitely better.extremly cold.ac didnt work.noisey.empty refrigerator.old.without safety box.no kettle or anything to drink or eat. tv didnt work.
even if they pay you,its not worth staying here.

You get what you pay for...position is excellent but rooms are old and not very clean
