Our flights was canceled and Turkish airlines sent us to this hotel. In terms of the satff and their behaviour, they were totally friendly and would do their best to help you in case of problems. The most problematic part of this hotel is its terrible restaurant. I had here in 2 days breakfast and the food was awful. I got a food poisoning and I am still suffering a lot. If you happen to go to this hotel, never go to the restaurant. The location of the hotel is also not in a good and suitable neighborhood. It is located in a neighborhood with lots of industrial shops and the closest supermarket is far away.

Weird hotel- would not pay to stay here, thankfully one night was on Turkish Airlines due to a flight cancellation. Second night we switched hotels as it was very unpleasant and not worth paying for. Meals are like jail food and the same recycled reheated food over and over. Location is so bad- there is nothing to walk to, you are surrounded by factories. If for some reason you do stay here, do not let the staff call you a taxi- I won’t go into details as it’s not 100% sure it was their fault, but it’s easy enough to order your own Uber- I would recommend you do that.

It was booked by Turkish Airlines due to our flight cancelled.

Breakfast was served in the restaurant on the 13th floor in a nice atmosphere.
The only problem we had was that we arrived late for check out , which some of our belongings were missing.
The hotel manager Mr. Emre promised to find the supplies and send them to us.
Finally Fatima, kindly followed up on the matter. Ultimately, Mrs. Ellis, the hotel owner, handled the situation well, and the problem was resolved.
I am very grateful to both Fatima and Mrs. Ellis for their assistance.

Turkish Airlines provided this hotel since they screwed my flight. Surprisingly, this hotel is very decent. The room is clean, front desk staff was courteous and dinner was pretty good! Love the restaurant staff especially Krisna who was very helpful. Thank you for a pleasant night!

If you are here there is a good chance that you were denied on board a Turkish Airlines flight. The hotel is about 30min away with a shuttle bus from the airport. The room is clean and tidy, the staff is polite and helpful, and the restaurant on the top floor has a good view. The breakfast was great! Thank you, Ramada Hotel!

Nice rooms with view. I think all room has nice views.
Restaurant is on the top floor with 360 view of the city.

My husband spent a week and has only positive comments for this hotel. The location was perfect for where he needed to be. Compliments to the Staff being true ambassadors for Istanbul. The check-in, the cleanliness of the room, the restaurant, everything was top-notch. Highly recommended..

1. Excellent room. Clean, quiet, well appointed, in room coffee,tea, hot pot, charging outlets at head of bed, plenty of hot water w shampoo/shower gel. Staff exceedingly polite/helpful. Meals on site offer a wide selection of meats, cheeses, salads, fruits, breads, are tasty, and well prepared, and delightfully presented. My photos are not the best, so my sincerest apologies to the hotel staff and anyone reading this.

Best service. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are very clean and excellent room service. I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

We stayed there for two days, the staff were so polite and respectful. Breakfast was very nice but I didn’t like lunch and dinner. The rooms were clean. But lots of noise from the highway.
