I got here because my flight was delayed, and this hotel was assigned to me for overnight stay. The room was spacious and decent; although I’m a solo traveller, I was given a 3-person room, which was great. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The only downside was the restaurant. The variety of food was very limited and some dishes were not hot enough.

Very good hotel with a great location.
Room is clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast is good with many options. Receptionist Emre was very friendly and helped me with taxi and places to visit

My flight was overbooked and I was brought to this hotel and it was very nice. Very nice and clean room with all amenities and a really diverse and nice breakfast. Everyone in the hotel was super friendly, helpful and fast and particularly Nevzat made me the best turkish tea for breakfast! Overall a great stay, thank you!

We got connecting rooms which were comfortable.. But the dinner was not too great but has a good breakfast.
The location is a little inconvenient and takes about 40 mins to the blue mosque and hagia Sophia. Staff is helpful.

The impression is average, I can't remember exactly what's wrong, and I'm not very satisfied with the overall plan.

My reason for giving 2 stars is solely based on the services. I have stayed at MANY hotels and this was the first time I heard that customers can't order food from outside. Really?? They allowed to order food from outside after 10:30 PM!! This was nowhere mentioned on their website. I am okay to follow the rules if they were mentioned prior to booking. They told us when we checked in. This is insane! On top, I mentioned that my credit card is not working and I just have few amount to work with. Therefore, I couldn't afford their restaurant's food which was 800 lira (main course) per day. Why should I pay this much for 1 meal when I can easily order from outside for approx 300 lira, good portion meal?!! They did not respect my request. Every time I came downstairs to grab the food after 10:30pm they would stare at me which made me very uncomfortable. I requested if they could let the delivery boy come to my room to deliver food due to medical condition, but they refused. I understand they don't allow strangers to enter the hotel, but the receptionist could have just walked him to the room. How hard was it? I am extremely disappointed how insensitive they were.

Weird hotel- would not pay to stay here, thankfully one night was on Turkish Airlines due to a flight cancellation. Second night we switched hotels as it was very unpleasant and not worth paying for. Meals are like jail food and the same recycled reheated food over and over. Location is so bad- there is nothing to walk to, you are surrounded by factories. If for some reason you do stay here, do not let the staff call you a taxi- I won’t go into details as it’s not 100% sure it was their fault, but it’s easy enough to order your own Uber- I would recommend you do that.

It was booked by Turkish Airlines due to our flight cancelled.
the reception staff was very cooperative
Breakfast was served in the restaurant on the 13th floor in a nice atmosphere.
The only problem we had was that we arrived late for check out , which some of our belongings were missing.
The hotel manager Mr. Emre promised to find the supplies and send them to us.
Finally Fatima, kindly followed up on the matter. Ultimately, Mrs. Ellis, the hotel owner, handled the situation well, and the problem was resolved.
I am very grateful to both Fatima and Mrs. Ellis for their assistance.

The hotel is 5 kilometers away from the city center, the location is a bit flat, there are many local shopping centers around, the price-performance ratio is slightly insufficient. But the hotel is located on a high ground, you can see the Bosphorus Strait, the top floor restaurant can overlook the surroundings, you feel high up, the front desk service is good, help to call a taxi.
