From the moment we arrived, we felt like close friends rather than guests—instantly at home, safe, and secure. Every receptionist welcomed us with a smile, offered helpful tips, and made every conversation a joy.
Our room was cozy and quiet, with air conditioning that kept us perfectly cool without a fuss. The location couldn’t have been better—everything we wanted was just a short walk away, and transport was always close when we needed it.
I’m leaving with wonderful memories, plenty of laughter, and a deep appreciation for the warmth we experienced here. I truly hope to return one day.

P. Galata Boutique Hotel offers excellent value: spot-on location, thoughtful and caring staff, clean modern spaces, and reliable breakfasts. If you’re okay with compact rooms and minor noise, it’s a smart pick for a truly convenient and friendly Istanbul stay.

Diamond in the rough. We stayed over 7 days with a couple of tours away for a night and then return. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, made us feel like family.
Rooms: Very Clean and Quiet given great location. Over our 3 stays we had two rooms, both the rooms we stayed in needed little fixes to get them up to 4 star rating in our opinion, more maintenance but room still functional.
Staff: Excellent, always ready to help and treat you like a Sultan.
Location: 3 min from Galata Bridge, Tram, Shops, and minutes away from the large eating area of Karakoy. So close to everything.
We would definitely stay again.
We have now travelled though more hotels in Turkey and with every other Hotel Stay, none matches the same std supplied by P.Galata in the same price range.

Great staff, always welcoming and kind. Rooms are good, hotel seems new or renovated. Location is also great - close to transit( ferries, bus and tram) and walking distance to sightseeings

Our stay at P. Galata Boutique Hotel was truly unforgettable, and it’s all thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel so welcome. From the moment we arrived, Shafaq. Yasar, Mohammad, and Musa went above and beyond to offer genuine hospitality and kindness. They were always ready with a smile and made every interaction feel special.

The experience of staying in this hotel was very bad. We booked a standard room. Upon our arrival, they gave us a room with a small window that looked like a prison window. In addition, the room was on the fourth floor, close to the heating devices or something similar. There was a loud noise throughout the night without stopping. Also, the shower water was not hot. Even when we asked for water from the hotel staff, they did not bring us water. They took it to the elevator and told us to leave the room and take it from the elevator.
When we told the receptionist that the room wasn't okay, she didn't solve the problem for us and didn't care about the matter. Unfortunately, we didn't expect such a bad experience.
