This hotel was central and very clean, however I only booked it as it had an outdoor pool, so I could relax as well as see the sights. The roof top pool had no water in it and certainly looked like it had been that way for a long time. This should be highlighted when booking.

I have traveled all over the world and this is absolutely best hotel staff I have ever met. Mr.Ali, Ms.Sara and Ms.Jana went above and beyond. They helped us with booking additional events, arranging transportation and following up with me the entire time to make sure everything was great. I felt like I had a second little family here!

Awful smell in the rooms. It’s like a bad drainage smell lingering. When I asked for them to help they didn’t do anything or changed our rooms. Service were rude as well. I’d avoid going here there are other hotels that are better than this one.

My experience at Piya Sport Hotel was utterly disappointing. The staff exhibited a lack of professionalism, were rude, and even showed signs of racist behavior and made my stay quite uncomfortable. The rooms were small and cramped, certainly not worth the cost. The breakfast was terrible, with limited choices and low-quality food. I truly regret choosing this hotel, and it has left me with a negative impression of my visit to Istanbul. I would never suggest this place to anyone!

The location is great. There are bazaars and a mosque nearby, in general there is somewhere to walk.
The room is good. Clean, nice, there is a safe. The refrigerator did not work, the ice creams we bought went bad, disaster.
The breakfast is great. A wonderful view of the city, dishes for the pickiest, delicious coffee.

We had good time ❤️ Yes is a bit loud from outside and the wall r very thin But for what u pay is ok 5 min walk to grand bazaar 10 min walk to Hagi Sophia and Blue Mosque Many thing check always ur bills no matter where r u going. They like to add some extras Istanbul Is Amazing Place❤️ We will visit again for sure

Overall the location is the best part of staying here. I was in room 301 and small isn’t even the best word to describe the room. You have no space to walk around. The staff is nice and helps with signing up for tours. However please be careful with the private airport transfer provided (for fee) by the hotel. It cost about $50 one way and the driver was creepy. I am a solo traveler and he was very pushy when trying to get my number so in case I come back he can give me a ride and book directly with him instead of the hotel. He said he doesn’t get all the money we pay for the ride. You can hear everything going on in other rooms. They had a big breakfast selection it was ok. Over all 4/5
