Staff at the front were friendly despite their lack of English skills.
The room was clean. However, the sheets and duvet had holes in them. The duvet was way too small for the size of the bed and the toilet seat was broken resulting in the lid of the toilet leaning on your back as you sat down. Not to mention the inability to turn the heater down so my partner and I spent the entirety of our nights sweating.
The breakfast options were minimal for fussy eaters, dietary requirements and those who don’t eat a typical Turkish breakfast. The waiters at breakfast ignored the female guest but would happily help out the male guest.
The walls between the bedrooms were paper thin and I could hear every moment of the people staying next to me.
We also got woken up each morning before 9am by the cleaners vacuuming! Too bad if you wanted a sleep in.
It was a fine stay for two nights, however, I’d probably find somewhere else to stay next time.
Disadvantages: 1. It is too small, the room is small, the lobby is small, the elevator is small, the corridor is narrow, and the whole hotel is old and small. 2. There are no toothbrushes in the room. 3. The room is next to the window, and the tram outside is noisy. There is a tram every three or four minutes, and the sound is very loud, and it is very early and late.
Rooftop views were exceptional and the staff were very helpful.
