Seres Hotel Old City

We just love the hotel,The breakfast is huge. Each employee is prompt and helpful, specially the manager, Mr Ali. His behavior, and helping attitude are commendable and he was very sweet and took care of the guests very well.We will definitely stay here in near future. All the credits goes for Mr Ali for being such an incredible host.

I think it is one of the best hotels in Istanbul. If you ask why, they are trying very hard to help you, from the reception to the bellboys. The view of the hotel allows you to see Istanbul in 360 degrees.Distance to Spice Bazaar is about 5 minutes, Grand Bazaar is 10 minutes, Mahmutpaşa Market and Sultanahmet Mosque, Hagia Sophia Mosque is 8 minutes. Basillaca cistern far 6 minute I think if you come to Istanbul, try this hotel.

I had the best stay Seres..the hotel allowed me to stow my luggage from 6am until check in. Breakfast was the BEST part! Ali was super friendly, took care of me like family! Ali and his team went over and above to make my stay perfect. I will be back for sure! Thank you Ali and Seres Hotel.

Just WOW! We were attended to by Ali at the buffet breakfast. This gentleman is super attentive, so pleasant and always smiling.He was even helpful for directions around the city. Ali is an asset to Seres Hotel. He takes care of the guests as if they are his family. I will definitely go back to Seres because of Ali. His hospitality was superb! 👌thank you Ali

Our stay at seres hotel was perfect the staff was super helpful and nice they try their best to communicate with visitors, especially the breakfast staff they were super nice very friendly and Mr Ali took care and dedication to make our stay even more special. Overall the hotel is worth the stay and its location was near everywhere. Highly recommend staying here when visiting turkey.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights.
It’s at a great location with a great terrace for breakfast.
The rooms are clean and the cleaning services is doing a great job.

But what this hotel excels at is its personnel.
These are truly great people and really give you the feeling you are appreciated as a guest.

My family and I stayed in Istanbul for 1 week and we stayed at this hotel for all 7 days. If we are ever in Istanbul again we will surely stay here!
I cannot express how happy I am with the hotel - it is simply exceptional and is the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
The staff was always friendly and helpful, they treated us like family, made our stay unforgettable!
When we had a problem with a sightseeing guide (not affiliated with the hotel) who was really late, the front desk guy called him from his own phone trying to solve this problem for us. It was really sweet since he didn't have to do that. They all just went above and beyond for us.
Also, the hotel has an amazing rooftop restaurant with breathtaking views of the city and the Bosporus. Each morning we couldn't wait to go up there and enjoy our breakfast on the roof. And what a breakfast it was! The breakfast choices are so numerous and everything is so fresh and delicious! One morning we even got served a complimentary freshly squeezed orange juice and a cast iron pan with freshly cooked sizzling eggs on it!
I could go on and on about this hotel and it speaks louder than words about how much me and my family enjoyed staying there.
Also, the location cannot be beat. Within walking distance to all major attractions of Sultanahmet, with tons of shops and restaurants all around it!
Housekeeping was great and the room was big and beautiful!
We loved it that there were scales available at the lobby to weigh your luggage whenever you want to (and you will need to after all the souvenirs you buy in Istanbul to remind you of your magical stay in Turkey).

Seres Hotel is definitely one of the best hotels in the Sirkeci area. Everything is fitting well in this hotel.

This hotel is located at a prime place in Old City. A lot of important historical places are right in walking distance. And Sirkeci tram station is just 2 minutes away, which can directly take you to other tourist spots and transport.

The staff was helpful. Rooms were cleaned
everyday. There's a rooftop hotel that serves buffet breakfast. Everything is so clean

The room was smaller than I expected. That's my only complaint. But it was a cosy room. No noise. Bed was comfy!
