Mercure Istanbul Sirkeci

Excellent hotel, well located. Staff is very friendly. Emra speaks very good Spanish and was super helpful. Lovely stay, quiet nights and it’s very close to all the attractions in Istanbul. Particularly if you want to visit the historical part. It has a small gym but practical for the purpose. I would come back again and I recommend it! 🙏🏼

Spent 4 wonderful days in this property in August this year. The hotel is centrally located close to the main attraction and is barely 200 meters from Sirkeci Tram station. The hotel staff is extremely polite, efficient and sensitive to customer requirements. The rooms are good size and well maintained.

We chose this hotel because of the location, we were really in the historical center of Istanbul and all interesting places were within walking distance. We arrived in Istanbul by car and used the nearby parking at the station, from which the way to the hotel took only 5 minutes. We were welcomed at the hotel by a very nice receptionists, they explained everything to us, offered us drinks and were very welcoming. We had a room on a higher floor with a wonderful view of the historic buildings. The room was spacious and looked new. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the cleaning as we found a hair band under the bed from previous guests and there were black hairs and dust in several places. In the shower, the shampoo stand broke off and no one fixed it. It's a shame, because otherwise the hotel is really very nice. The room also had a coffee maker and a minibar. Breakfast was served in the restaurant Huqqabaz that belonged to the hotel. The breakfast was average, but the service was nice. However, despite everything, we have to highlight the willingness and help of the reception staff, who refunded us the money for the unused night, since we had to leave the hotel one night earlier than we had a reservation and they didn't have to do it at all. Great location for the hotel, though it might be challenging to get there if you have suitcases. We got lucky with the view from our room and had a view of a beautiful mosque. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was rather limited and was lacking flavor but I guess that's normal for chain hotel. That didn't affect our experience and we enjoyed our stay regardless

I recently had the pleasure of spending 5 nights at the Mercure İstanbul Sirkeci Hotel, and I can say without hesitation that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Located in the heart of the historic Sirkeci district, this hotel offers unbeatable convenience and access to many of Istanbul's top attractions.

The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully appointed. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream each night. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with excellent water pressure in the shower. I also appreciated the complimentary high-speed WiFi, which allowed me to stay connected during my stay.

Perfect Location, Beautiful Property and Wonderful Staff.
We spent 3 nights in this hotel which was our last stop in Turkey before heading home to Australia. It was a perfect choice for all the reasons above. Loved it! A special thank you to the staff. They were all exceptional.

We stayed in the hotel for three nights.
It’s very beautiful, with big enough rooms and what is important - very good noise isolation! We could sleep till 11 without any distractions.
Breakfast is nice, but quite simple, we preferred to eat in a cafe in the hotel.

We stayed for three amazing nights. The wonderful receptionist (I did not get the name, but he was tall with a very good English) was very helpful and attentive. He made sure that our entire stay was carefree and enjoyable. When we had a problem with our airport transfer, he went above and beyond in assisting us with contacting a taxi driver (which was not easy given the rush hour in Istanbul).

Room was beautiful and the hotel is located in a heritage building which is very artistic. Location is top notch, very close to Bhosporus, Hagia Sophia, and in the heart of the old city.

Definitely would recommend!

In the thrumming transport hub of Sirkeci, the Mercure is a comfortable, very clean hotel with excellent service in easy distance of many tourist destinations. The streets below were packed, but the hotel remained calm and pleasant even throughout the Eid holidays. Nothing could completely block out the noise from the streets below, but our first floor room was still peaceful enough for comfort.
