Location was really good. Unfortunately, for the room, it was really dirty. The room was full of dust, the cabinet had dirty sheets inside, and worst of all, the bed foam was full of stains. If you will stay in this hotel, make sure to check the bed foam.

The hotel is very bad there is not respect for the customers,there is someone take our things from our bags, and when complained the manager, he denial,
people working there don’t have any honesty!!!
Also when we inside the room and we was sleeping, they suddenly opened the room and get in with out Knock the door!!!!!!! For no reason!!!!! This is unacceptable done from them !!
My advice no one make reservations on this hotel

First entrance for hotel it’s elevator you should pass from the bar , and at night music voice from bar remamber

Loved everything about this place. Very sweet staff, amazing food. please do yourself a favor and try the souffle, it's toooo good. Arda gave us excellent service. All the cocktails were amazing. Do try the nutshot drink

Small hotel with bar underneath located in the heart of Karakoy. Room was on the small side bit was clean. Shower was great and clean with strong water pressure and hot water. TV had only few turkish channels so not very useful. Small fridge and option to bring food and drinks up from the bar. Breakfast was basic but OK. Can be a bit noisy since some of the rooms are looking directly to the pedestrian area with music and crowds.

I don’t recommend the place because hotel doesn’t respect their clients.
Hotel cancelled my reservation without any notice. When making a booking I mentioned to them that I’ll arrive very late and they say it is not a problem. Well, when I arrived at 10pm super tired after a long journey they kicked me out because “I didn’t check in at 14:00”. They could call/message me as all other hotels do in such cases.
Also, the street with the hotel was very loud (bars/night music/drunk people). So I was kinda happy that I ended up in another hotel.

The staff was super welcoming and helpful, ensuring my stay was comfortable. The hotel room itself was clean and modern, with all the amenities one could need. The hotel manager was really helpful in guiding me around Istanbul and saved me a bit of money on a tourist trap which was great. The additional bonus was the hotel puppy! The surrounding area is safe and extremely convenient, with plenty of coffee shops, eateries, and bars. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be coming back.

The location is superb on a cozy street with lots of eatery around. The internet connection is very good. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The barmen Mert is truly the people's person, knows how to serve and meet expectations proactively.
