It is a very spacious room and complete in terms of amenities hotel. Very spacious and hospitable staff. Easy access to the motorways

It was part of a Turkish bath converted to a room or rather just put a double bed in a Turkish bath.
Please see the photos.
No ventilation at all as it was originally a Turkish bath. Two toilets and two separate basins in the room are lit up by motion sensor switch lights; this was extremely irritating as they would switch rapidly on and off whilst using the toilet.
The rooms were unacceptably unclean.
There was a step just below the bed; this is a major tripping hazard that must be addressed
I checked in at 1:30 in the morning, so I just went to bed and was woken up by the smell of the toilets at 6 am, checking out at 8 am.
The staff were rude and unprofessional.
For £90/night (3200TL at the time of writing), this stay was extremely disappointing.
The balacony was a joke.
The staff exhibited unacceptable racism; when I told the staff about the state of the room, I was brushed off as being "English" and therefore "always complaining".

Nice big well fitted room with small patio area. Very comfortable and clean.
Family run friendly hotel 3km from izmir airport.
Tea and coffee in the room and water provided.
We ate a very tasty home cooked meal there and breakfast was nice too.
We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect palace to stay. It’s little out of city, but worth it. Well connected to metro. Breakfast served in a perfect presentation.

We stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting Izmir, we found the hotel rooms to be of quite a high standard, with a comfortable bed, access to the garden and a lovely, comfortable rocking chair in the room. I did find however that the cleaning was a little patchy, with crumbs still on the chair and floor under the dressing table. Breakfast was adequate, but the staff seemed almost startled to see us and spoke no English. On our arrival we asked about details for the spa, as we had had a busy day sightseeing but we were offered no details at all of prices, only told that we would have to ask upstairs. It would have been nice to have some leaflets available, or any sign that there was communication between the two businesses on their clients behalf, as we felt they were missing a trick, as it was we did not enquire further.

The hotel business is running by a family. The husband is truly a gentlemen and helpful person. He has helped me a lot and I truly appreciate it. He helped me and not expecting for returns.

A very good hotel, great hospitality. The dinner was delicious, coffee and tea - very good.
Clean nice spa - I enjoyed it very much.

We are cycling around Turkey and staying at this hotel for 3 nights. Best place so far! Very clean and comfortable, free spa which helps us for better recovery. Very cool owner and his wife. Thank you!
