Staff literally cannot do enough for you they are always smiling and happy , a hello from you goes a long way and they appreciate it !!! Can I just start of by saying this hotel is the most family friendly and entertaining hotel I've stayed at. bare in mind there was 17+ of us

Fantastic experience at the Green Nature Diamond Hotel! The food was excellent and the service was second to none. Plenty of beds around the pools, there were two to choose from

Looked at reviews before we booked a couple of bad ones but I would not take any notice. The Hotel was brilliant, Rooms cleaned every day fresh towels. Fresh water bottles every day cleaners were lovely

All the staff were fabulous and so friendly keeping so many peaple happy. It was our first time in Turkey Marmaris was stunning. I would recommend Turkey to everyone

Recommendation to hotel is spot check the cleaners to ensure they are doing a good job. Overall, the room was fine and it was the cleaning that let it down. The resort is quite nicely set up, although quite small

The room itself did have some issues, safe not working, phone not working, curtain not hanging properly. When reported, they were fixed within 30 minutes. The cleaning of the room could definitely be improved

But we never really had trouble getting a sun lounger. The hotel collects towels and other items used to reserve beds if they are left our before 8am. I quite like this idea and every hotel should do this

The entertainment staff are quite good, but as there are only a few of them they do have their work cut out. They do have daily activities, kids disco, bingo and different entertainment each night

All finished up by 11pm, meaning if you wanted an early night you are not kept up until the early hours as you can have in other resorts. Plenty of options for those who want a late drink

One of the true highlights of our stay was the exceptional service, especially from Tanya at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing—so friendly, warm, and helpful every single day

Just came back from a Turkey and had a wonderful time in the Grand Yazici Club Turban Thermal. Excellent facilities, lovely food and kind staff. A big shout out goes to Musa in the dining room - a real gentleman

We had a fabulous honeymoon, the staff couldn’t do enough for us! We had a room in Block B and it was really lovely, the outdoor thermal pool is there and that was lovely

Been here several times and cannot fault the place, staff are very friendly and cannot help you enough, bar staff (Emir and Ozzy) were always on hand plus the forgotten diamond is the after hours sandwich bar operator (yahya chef) this guy is the most placid and polite guy I have ever come across considering he has to deal with drunken / rude people

Great wee hotel! Here for a holiday with my partners family and was great! Lovley nightly entertainment for children and adults, plenty of space at the pools with lots of daily activities going on, lots of options at meal times (especially for people who are a bit fussy with food), the rooms were nice and clean with daily cleaning

My main gripe was replenishing us with just 2 toilet rolls per day for a family of four! With a man of my excretory generosity! Young Children - our two young ones loved the holiday as they spent most of the time in the pool and at the complimentary kids club

Similarly, screaming "MORNING!" "WAKE UP!" "DON'T BE LAZY!" at holidaymakers simply trying to relax on sunbeds seemed a strange thing to do for a family hotel. grateful to have the Kids Club

Food - was delicious and a better range than we expected for a Turkish hotel below a 5* rating. Entertainment - not my cup of tea. The daytime entertainment had the energy and noise levels of a Club 18-30 holiday

Only one thing was a bit frustrating, which is the sports' fields. The soccer field was very very far, it's outside the resort ever further than the highway

Ice cream, waffles, pancakes are all included in the all inclusive, not just in resort but on the beach too. The area is beautiful and nicely set back from the town centre but its only a short walk for change of scenery

Whilst we could here the music from Icon beach bar late at night (and our room was fairly close by) it didnt affect any of our sleep. including our 1, 7 and 11 year olds. Would love to go again and highly recommend!

My son and I have just returned from a week here, cheap as chips very friendly and welcoming, it's all inclusive and you couldn't ask for more if you're looking for winter sun on a budget this is for you, with great Turkish baths at the Diamond family spa with fantastic massage by the wonderful U°°nzile she's a star

Cleanliness was great, but could do with replacing towels, some were a bit frayed! Please have more toilets downstairs for people at the pools to use - one each for men and women isnt enough
