Every thing is perfect except the elevator bell my room was very far from the elevator but every time you can hear the elevator bell, specifically at night not easy to sleep with that sound. We stayed in this resort to celebrate my son's 7th birthday. Very accessible to the zoo and perfect for kids. It's close to Yas Island also. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The Manager Mr. Saeed ensured we had a best stay.

My second visit/stay at this hotel. Generally good rooms, great staff and service. Carpets are not so clean and could do with a shampoo. Otherwise very good. Good for parking too at dhs 15 per night, valet was very hard working and polite, but they need more staff, he tried very hard. Receptionist super helpful. Overall good experience. Recommended. .

We had considered far more expensive options but settled on this one. The staff listened to our requests for a room in a quiet position and overall the hotel represented tremendous value for money and worked very well for us. Rooms are not serviced but asking for tea and coffee supplies were all well fulfilled.

The hotel staff was excellent rooms clean my biggest compliment is for Mr Walters from housekeeping! I had forgotten some important articles in my room he found them and was able to retrieve them for me when I returned to collect them! The location is a bit strange, it’s 20+ mins drive to the Corniche, Yas island, or the new AUH terminal A. But, only 10mins to the Sheikh Zayed Grand mosque. The bars restaurants and cafes on the ground floor (shared with the Novotel) and outdoor dining area are wonderful and needed as there are no other F&B options within walking distance. Clean and affordable. There is a great pool area and outside chilling  spot. Staff were kind and helpful.  You have to manage your own luggage and the location of the hotel is about 20 minutes from abu dhabi city center.  Overall, I had a lovely stay.

Staying in emirates plaza was awesome. The girl from the reception is so accomodating and room service is always on time. Having a chance on october i will choose emirates plaza.as i really feel at home.

My experienced in my stay at Emirates plaza hotel was great. The front desk storage and saito staff and the room service Maria, Evelyn, Yeb, SanJay are accommodating and the area is clean and a lot of bars to hang around. But with regards to the foods I suggest to have some new menu of variety of foods. Gym facilities will be great also for the hotel.

Generally speaking, the price is cheap

It’s very basic but you are paying basic prices. They have a lot of clubs here which was off putting but staff are very helpful and friendly. Pictures are deceiving, so we got upgraded to a suite but it didn’t have a microwave which was a shame.

It's great a place. They have a kitchen and washing machine. That's a plus for me if you want to cook your own food and wash your own clothes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The down side is the water temperature in their shower. It takes time for the water to turn hot and you can't really control the temperature of the water.

I was pleased with the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel is inside the terminal, only a short distance in the terminal after the security check. Clubs are too loud, can disturb sleep for some depending on the room location. Also, bathroom walls were not clean. But, they were equally accommodating and upgraded our room to ensure comfort.

The cultural experience at Al Jazeera royal hotel left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities, location and room services are exceptional.
