It's a resort-style, family-friendly setting with helpful staff. However, the room and facilities felt quite dated. We stayed on the top floor, where a drainage issue in the bathroom made showering difficult. Overall decent place and good rest close to ADNE and good value for money. Some nice local restaurants behind the hotel. Massage wasn't great.

Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been delay over 6 hours arrived Dubai international airport because of cyclones. We got the rental van drive 2 hours direct the hotel to catch up lost time, lucky we arrive hotel and check-in and just enough time to catch the breakfast before they close for the day. The front desk staff and wait staff at the restaurant were great. Unfortunately the room was not that great our toilet seat was broken and would completely come off when you say on it. Wouldn't stay again

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't open the window. As a result, I felt very isolated in the room, like I was in a box or a cave. Also, the lighting in the room was weak, so it was kind of dark. Dear Hotel plz change your window and let ppl breath fresh air in your rooms.
