I recently stayed at Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai for almost 14 days and had a very pleasant experience. The housekeeping service was excellent, and I want to specially mention Joshim from the housekeeping team. He was always polite, kind, and had such a warm, heart-warming smile. Every day, he took a moment to greet us and ask how we were doing — such small gestures made our stay feel so personal and welcoming.

Rooms are well maintained and properly cleaned everyday.
Food is very good, they have options for all countries especially if you are from India you will love the food.
Very poor check-in procedure. Literally we should weight for long time in queue where a well organized process can be adopted to simplify this yet no action on that.
Room experience quality has cove down drastically since past 2 years. It used to be one of the best hotels before but not anymore. It is budget friendly but for the same price there are few other properties with best service if we can search a bit.
On the other hand, the upper floors of the hotel are peaceful and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The hotel staff, especially the room cleaners, are extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Their service really adds to the overall positive experience.
