So disappointed because I was sick and couldn’t go there and I tried so hard to convince them to give me refund or cancellation or re scheduled but they didn’t do anything 😔🤦🏻♀️my money was lost and I didn’t get any of my money back😡

Not sure why I do this to myself by staying here, it’s old, dirty, loud. Only redeeming point is location close to metro plus the pub inside the hotel that has a really good draft beer called ‘brewski’.
Room was dirty, bathroom smelled, no hot water, overall not great at all and glad it was only one night. Definitely never again!

Nothing was up to the mark. Noisy and dirty Air Conditioners, blocked drainage, smelly carpets, smell in the whole hotel, terrible washroom tiles and bathtub, no view from the windows, TV not working, lack of maintenance, loud music club, Alcohol everywhere.
Except: AC cooling was fine, bedsheet and towels were clean.

I recently had a wonderful visit to the Fortune Karama Hotel, and I can't help but reflect on the consistently refreshing atmosphere that greets me every time I go there. From the moment I step inside, I'm enveloped in a sense of calm and warmth. The decor is inviting, and the overall ambiance creates a perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the food was excellent. Special thanks to Front Office Manager Anish for his warm and efficient service, and to General Manager Mr. Irshad for going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Their hospitality made all the difference, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience
