The manager is excellent understands everything staff is not capable to help In The Kitchen done breakfast stuff it just crazy organizing buffet in the morning people sneezing, coughing, unprofessional doesn’t have a central air-conditioning here, most air-conditioning water leaking in the wall and the bathrooms not proper low class person want to live. Here is good. Excellent for him. Very poor budget specially culture from Asia not from the western. Breakfast and living all cultures Asian nothing western you can understand or compromise.

The fact that the bar and disco are on the same side of the room worries me, even if I really like the hotel. Noise and vibration prevented us from getting a good night's sleep. I think it would be fantastic if the hotel rooms and the bar could be kept apart.

The Fired Beef noodle and noodles soup were excellent, but I was disappointed with the service provided by the Indian server. His attitude was rude, and the service was poor. Fortune Karama a good place to stay with economic pricing.
Good amenities and safe for new travelers.

I visited and Mr Aneesh was on reception
I was lilttle early from check in time and he is not cooperative at all acting like robot repeating same rules which made by hotel and for their benefits.
They have charges for early check-in but not for early check-out LoL.
Like Hidden charges.
Which i never experienced in any other hotel.
Room cleaning and service was pathetic.
Even when u book room in any hotel then give u free parking but they charged for parking as well.
Not recommended at all.

It was a very nice experience for me in this Hotel. FO Staff Chelse was very good at time of check-in. Concierge Staff Danny was very nice person with a warm smile for welcoming and he was very good in explaining the rooms and the hotel services. I am glad in staying this hotel.

I was initially given a room which was stinking so badly that nobody could stay there, after repeated requests they changed my room to a much better one. Secondly the day I was checking out which was at 12pm I asked the housekeeping for water and he said that free bottles cannot be given on the day of checkout. I found this ridiculous and I have never experienced this anywhere else in the world. I am a frequent flyer and water is something which is provided by the hotel free till the last date of stay at the hotel. I am truly disappointed with this behaviour of the hotel staff.

We stayed for 4 nights.
The first 2 nights there was a really bad smell i think from dirty unserviced air conditioner.
Two of my items have gone missing.
First, pj shorts when our room was made. No where to be found apparently.
Second, my necklace which was next to the bed and now apparently no where to be found?????
Some prositives was the room was big and bed was comfy.
The hotel is near metro but still takes an hour to get to marina area of Dubai.
Would love to have my items found and sent to me. Doesn’t make sense they just disappeared in the hotel.

Unprofessional and Rude Receptionist Staff. They are more like the guest and WE, the guest will treat them like their co- workers. 😂😂 Housekeeping people are more helful and polite compare to those receptionist. Especially this filipina lady and indian guy there, Better to change the staffs.. even you send customer complaint via email no one will respond.
Facility and Location are okay. Customer service. WORST!!
