Bur dubai is a great place to visit. The hotel is just so - so. Nothing really special. I love their buffet and the restaurant on the ground floor.

Great location on 2 min walk from the airport. Restaurant and gym were very good. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel last summer. It provided excellent value for the price, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Despite being located near Dubai Creek, the hotel had great accessibility to all transportation options, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The service was commendable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Disappointing experience. Check-in was a mess—arrived early after a long flight, and despite my Amex booking benefit for early check-in, I was told nothing was available. I had an important meeting at 1 PM and just needed 30 mins to freshen up, but was told to shower in the pool area with my suitcase—unacceptable. Staff were dismissive, and getting a manager involved was a painfully slow process after multiple requests.
Rooms? Below average. Some lights didn’t work, leaving half the room in darkness. Definitely not what you'd expect from a Hilton property.
Massage was disturbing. Used my Amex hotel credit expecting a proper spa experience, but the therapist made inappropriate comments and suggested ‘extra services’—completely unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable.
Only positive is the location, but service and room quality were disappointing. Won’t be staying here again.

Had a splendid experience at Hampton, honestly i didn't expect it to be so wonderful. It's a Family friendly environment with a stunning view. The morning breakfast was the actual highlight with a wide variety of delicious food.The rooms were all good I was extremely pleased with it Let's get into the serious part, please do not order food here at night as it isn't that good and service to get them to my room took literally 1 hour...... But keeping this in mind The stay here was worth every penny.

Good hotel for the price they charge! Even in peak season. The breakfast was decent don't expect 5 star but decent. The rooms are good only issue is sound proofing you hear everything from the corridors especially these days every one is on their mobiles yapping away at 3 am in the morning!!

It's not the first time for me to come here, but this time I want to say that it's very bad. The front desk staff needs more training. This is a service industry. When guests say thank you, they don't have basic manners. When checking out, the cleaning people lie at the door and ask questions like a street ****. . Overall, it is a good hotel, but the snow-white wall needs to be whitewashed again when it is stained.It's just a metaphor. I suggest training more employees.
