I had an exceptional stay. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and my room was immaculate and comfortable. The hotel's location is convenient yet peaceful, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. The facilities, including the fitness center and pool, were top-notch. The concierge service was extremely helpful. Overall, the combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent location near amusement parks and malls. The hotel is accessible by foot, but a shuttle service is also available. If you wish to remain in between places, the location is also suitable. Fantastic interaction with the personnel. Excellent kids' area, pool, and room service available. We appreciate all of the Rove personnel that helped us. Lovely location for a family vacation.

Overall amazing place for price vs. performance:

Things they need to fix is:

1) The dryers don't work properly for years. I've given this feedback at least 10 times over the last 3 years. I recommend senior management to take action immediately. This happened to me in multiple branches, and the prices need to go down for laundry.

2) Waiters chase guests aggressively(but politely) if a bill is not paid. I'm a long-stay guest, meaning I stay more than 1 month. Just put it in my rooms bill, it should be more seamless experience. If you call me at 10:00 pm chances are high I might wake up, which I did multiple times.

3) Cleaning is great, but a lot of half-full cans and food leftovers are not thrown away for days. I would recommend a second visit to this SOP, as the room is left with garbage in some cases.

4) I visited this facility back in 2021. The staff seemed more friendly, passionate and happy. Maybe an overall check-in could be good.

5) Shuttles to Downtown and more to Marina would be great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rove Hotel for a weekend getaway, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the attentive staff.
