Rove At The Park

This is a 3-star hotel with 5-star service. From the moment we got out of our uber until we left, the service was exceptional. The reception staff went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of. Very friendly and courteous. When we missed the shuttle bus, they graciously paid for a taxi to return us to the hotel. The pool was clean and peaceful. The breakfast had a lot of options and the restaurant staff were so helpful and polite. Highly recommend booking there if you want to go to one of the Dubai parks.

The extra bed was a great boon, so comfortable and well maintained, made us feel right at home! 🛏️ My little one had his own little paradise right there! 👑

It's a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and delicious food. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. This time we arrived 4 hours before the check-in time. The hotel receptionist, Nadiya, agreed to give us an early check-in room at no extra charge. It was very pleasant, thank you.

Clean, fresh, cheap, a little bit far away but you have DPR1 bus and shuttles from the hotel.

There are no big supermarkets around so not too convenient for long stay. Breakfast menu is not bad but could be better. Nice staff. Over all I really recommend it.
29 days cost the same as 14 so keep that in mind.

I recently stayed at Rove at the Park, and I must say that the housekeeping services exceeded all expectations. From the moment I checked in, it was evident that the staff took great pride in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and shared spaces.

My room was spotless, with every detail carefully attended to. The linens were fresh, the bathroom impeccably clean, and all amenities neatly arranged. Each day, Ashik checked in to ensure the services met my needs and promptly addressed any requests. All I had to do was leave sticky notes with my requests in the room, and they took care of everything seamlessly.

Raj, who was responsible for my room at level 2, was attentive and performed his duties exceptionally well. His friendly demeanor made my stay even more pleasant.

It’s clear that Rove at the Park prioritizes the comfort and satisfaction of its guests through exceptional housekeeping standards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean and well-maintained place to stay. Kudos to the team for their hard work!

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel and had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, but I have to give a special shout-out to Moe. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I checked in, he was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel itself was clean, with great amenities and a perfect location. I highly recommend this hotel. I can't wait to return!

The service, rooms, facilities, food and every single details in this hotel is top notch.
The best part about this hotel is how kids friendly it is. If you have kids this should be your go to hotel. It gives you a chance to actually relax as your kids will always have something to entertain them whether its the activities planned at the hotel, the play area at the restaurant, the games in the entertainment area, or even just the fact that they can play and be themselves without having to worry as a parent.
Of course, all these things were only made possible due to the absolutely outstanding staff they have. They have the best, most friendly and attentive staff you will ever deal with.
I would like to give a special shout out to Olex who was incredible and always made our stay extra special.

Our stay in Rove the parks was perfect! We celebrated our daughter's birthday and it was a blast! They made a surprise welcome message for her with a cookie. And during our buffet breakfast, they gave her a cake with a happy birthday song. Our daughter was very happy. And We really loved the overall service in this hotel. The facilities, with child friendly activities, a nice and clean pool, the staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially Manish, he is very welcoming with a smile on his face. The hotel is very clean and well organized. Special thanks to miss Nadia as well, for assisting us from check in until check out. She is very responsive and helpful. We will surely be back here. An amazing experience at this hotel, especially for families. The facilities are top-notch, with a great play area, swimming pool, gym, and ample parking. The rooms are spotless, thanks to the incredibly helpful and kind housekeeping team, particularly the supervisor. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations—it’s truly impeccable. Every part of the hotel, from the reception to the restaurant, and even the kids' play area, is maintained to the highest standard. I deeply appreciate the hard work and management that goes into keeping everything so clean. However, I did encounter an issue with one evening shift employee. Despite asking three times for something in my room, it was never addressed. On one occasion, I called and requested water, but it was never sent. Another time, I asked for room cleaning, which also wasn’t done. During check-out, I called the reception to request assistance with my luggage. I waited a long time, but he didn't sent. When I called again, a different receptionist answered, and he came to take my luggage.
Thankfully, when I spoke to the housekeeping supervisor and staff, they promptly took care of everything and did an excellent job. As for the location, it’s perfect for those who want to enjoy quality time in a peaceful setting—ideal for families. Overall, I’m incredibly thankful for the amazing service, spotless rooms, and the friendly staff. This hotel truly knows how to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. All the employees and staff were incredibly welcoming. They always greeted us with a warm hello or good morning. They listened attentively, understood our needs, and did their best to fulfill any requests. I have nothing but positive feedback. It's rare to find a hotel where the service, staff, and management are this outstanding. While it may not be officially rated as a 5-star hotel, I would easily give them a 10-star rating!
