We booked this hotel only because we wanted to be near the parks. Bad idea. Overcrowded place, waiting time for check in is horrendous. Lack of space in restaurant for breakfast, so latecomers have to go to the ballroom, some food items missing there.We were lucky to get seats in the main restaurant but after some time, servers' attitude made it clear that we had to leave our seats for those waiting. Awkward and unpleasant. The kids' club has a wonderful team, lots of activities like face painting, henna application and various games. The gym is impeccably clean and well equipped. Housekeeping is efficient and rooms well maintained.

Came here the second time, the first time was very disappointing and the second time was no less. We reached 4 hours before check in time just so we could be prioritized for a better room as our last experience was awful. Even so, the people who arrived after us were given rooms before us. There was very blatant racist behaviour shown with our requests and concerns of not getting our room on time. Every other non brown person was given priority for everything, from hospitality to a welcoming aura. We were given quite the opposite, as if we did not indeed pay money to visit this hotel. We called for room service at 5pm, and the receptionist kept asking what part of the room we “specifically” needed clean. Never been asked this before, if we say we want a full room clean it means a full room clean, not just the bed or just a bathroom. My 12 year old brother who was not well struggled constantly to open the room door, having to go back and forth to the reception getting replacement keys which did not work. Only for a technician to come and forcefully turn the handle to open the door and say that it was that simple to open it. I don’t think that my brother and me as a grown up are that weak that we cannot open a room door. But instead of taking this issue seriously we were just told to put pressure while opening the door. Don’t think we’re here paying loads of money to be struggling with minute things like this that ruin our experience. The receptionist who we called all day was extremely rude, giving us answers as if we were living in the hotel for free. No respect or courtesy on how to communicate with someone who has been having an awful time due to the hotel’s services. Unfortunately never coming back again.
