Beach: public, sandy 7 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Park, entrance fee 1.4$). The beach is 1.7 km away.

And the hotel manager could not even try to help us he telling us to go that he can not do anything

Bathroom was acceptable that all I can say
Service was okay some of them friendly
Location is perfect all you need you got
So it’s depends on the price
As convenient as the tours provided were; The dubai tour driver didn't speak English and really couldn't tell us more about the places we visited and I believe he was only employed as a driver and wasn't a guide. There was a cruise but it's cheaper to arrange one on your own as the Creek is less than 1km away. We were going to be charged 200 AED per person to visit the miracle garden and global village yet entrance is 95 AED and 22.5 - 27 AED respectively. And although the transportation to these places would be helpful you would only be at them for a limited amount of time, public transport is cheaper and it doesn't cover costs at these places.
All in all we had a wonderful experience and even though I was a little worried by the comments I read I had a great time.
1.On our first day there we arrived at 2am it was the 9th of December when checking if everything is ok we found a dirty black sock lying beside our bed.
2.Barely anything to watch on the TV
3. Very slow service for cleaning rooms
4. No proper cleaning and Preparation done for the rooms there was a pen stain on our bedspread.
5. THIS HOTEL HAS ONE OF THE WORST TOURIST GUIDES VERY RUDE.
It’s clean and staff are good also
But the only problem I faced was water been not too warm so it used to be warm for like
2 to 3 minutes maximum I really wished the water was warm to the point wear you take good shower for 10,15 minutes but other then that it really good hotel
There were also small cockroaches here and there but not a big deal tho
The breakfast was included but you still have to pay 20 AED everyday for breakfast even if you do have breakfast included
They have got Gym and Swimming Pool complimentary
