Location: in the Central part of Dubai. Shopping and exhibition centres are a 5-minute drive from the hotel. 400 m from the hotel is the metro station, 17 km from the airport Dubai.

Consists of one building.

The hotel has 171 rooms.

Beach: public, sandy, 5 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach: free of charge 1 time a day (beach Jumeirah Beach Park, the beach entrance fee: about 5 dirham per person). The beach is 900 m.

When you arrive at the hotel will collect a Deposit of approximately 500 dirham/night (Deposit is returned in dirham).

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the reception team welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality, making us feel truly at home. The entire staff was exceptionally attentive and kind, always ensuring a pleasant experience. A special thank you to Dipsan for his outstanding care and dedication. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the breakfast is simply delightful. Looking forward to our next visit!

Solid 3. Gets the job done with a place to stay and breakfast. Room bathroom needs attention. Shower has mold and mildew, even after brought to housekeeping attention. Shower water leaks onto bathroom floor where it is a thin pond. There is no exhaust fan. The sink is slow to drain. Complimentary breakfast is decent enough where you won’t go hungry. Check-in process was lengthy, despite already having a reservation. Good central location.

Everything is great. Room is very clean. Towels are white. A bad is very comfortable. 2 bottles of water every day despite cold water near the reception.
I booked breakfast only and I am very satisfied. It served from 6:30 and whenever I eat, dishes are warm, fresh and anything I have enough. Staff are very helpful.

I had a great experience staying at Holiday Inn Safa Park, Dubai. The staff was extremely courteous and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the attention to guest care was commendable.

The complimentary breakfast was impressive, offering a good mix of continental and Indian (vegetarian) options. A special mention to Monika, who was incredibly helpful and courteous in assisting with breakfast service.

The only minor issue was the sofa bed in the room. We had to turn it ourselves, and once opened, the space became quite cramped. A slight adjustment in layout (just a couple of inches) would make a big difference and create sufficient space.

Despite this, the overall stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai!

Staying at Holiday Inn Express was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a prime area, close to all the must-see attractions, and the staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations. The room was modern and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I was especially impressed by the daily housekeeping and the little touches like complimentary bottled water. The hotel also has a great fitness center, which was perfect for my daily workout routine. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would love to visit again!"

Hotel quite good. Little variety of breakfasts. Personnel (and specially Dipsan) was very polite and helpful.
Aquafina (water station) near reception, where you can fill your bottles with still/flavoured/sparkling water for free.

Great place to stay, very good location it’s in the busy town but you can be relaxed, the hotel room is clean and outstanding service by Mr.Mohan (if I don’t wrote his name wrong, he is the house keeping supervisor which is truly service by his heart)

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we needed a place to sleep near the airport. The hotel is in need of renovation: the room we were given smelled of smoke, despite the no-smoking sign. The furniture was shabby, and the bathroom fixtures also needed replacement, with the plastic in the shower peeling off. The cigarette smell was especially unpleasant since we have allergies.

On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick even at night. Taxis were readily available. The room had clean linens, and the hotel itself was kept reasonably clean. The breakfast was tasty and varied, with fruit, hot dishes, desserts, and coffee. There were plenty of tables available for breakfast. The room also had a kettle with tea and coffee.

Overall, the hotel is very convenient for transit passengers who need a quick check-in and a place to stay overnight. However, more attention should be paid to enforcing the no-smoking policy in the rooms, and the hotel could benefit from cosmetic renovations, including replacing bathroom fixtures and updating furniture.

We liked the hotel, it was clean and beautiful, the rooms were very clean, the food was generally good, the employees were polite and courteous, they cleaned the rooms well and Mr. Dipsan, one of the employees, is a very polite employee and cleans the rooms very well in terms of cleanliness, this hotel has everything that an average hotel should have. We liked it very much, you can walk to most places, it is close to the market. There is a cafe-style place inside the hotel and there is live music, the toilets are clean, we liked the hotel in general, there are only minor problems such as lack of slippers, but I think it is a very adequate hotel for its price.
