I recently stayed at the Ibis Styles Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and stylish, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff, especially Zubir, were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, catering to various tastes. The hotel's location was convenient, close to major attractions and public transport. Overall, I highly recommend Ibis Styles for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and catered perfectly to my Indian vegetarian needs. The service was outstanding, especially Zubair, who was incredibly attentive and helpful. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

Ibis styles Jumeira is one of the best 3 star hotel I have ever stayed in Dubai.. the location of this hotel is near from bus station and you can get the taxi very easily.. rooms are very spacious and clean… housekeeping staffs are very professional. They clean my room everyday… Astras and Deva from housekeeping doing extra mile to keep my room clean

My expectations of the place plummeted at the very beginning.

Basic information such as direction to the room and breakfast was not stated. They just gave me my room card expecting me to know the place already. And when I was requesting something via phone, the staff dropped the call on me just because. Also the room amenities were not complete ans you need to ask them about it which seems rude especially when they take forever to answer the call.
The only thing I liked about the place was the eco-friendly amenities and the AC. Service is the worst. 🙂

My family spent the Eid holiday in this hotel and enjoyed breakfast and the spacious and clean room.
The receptionists and the staff are treated well.
Private parking lot.
Great location.
BUT
The hotel is quiet and attracts families.
My observation on the lack of sound insulation through the walls. With the calm you can hear what is going on in the next room 😬 and someone above our rooms complained on us about the sounds of my children!!
The bathroom is clean and spacious, but the hot water was rusty and i have informed the receptionist with video evidence.
In general, i recommend the hotel for families but keep an eye on the kids behavior (noise).
The receptionists and the staff are treated well.

The hotel had a great view. It was easy to travel places from the hotel. The rooms were clean and very tidy. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had an exceptional experience. Would recommend this hotel to all the travellers who are looking for a budget friendly but overall good hotel to stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ibis hotel and i must say it was a fantastic experience. The staff (Deva and Ali) went above and beyond to make me stay comfortable, their warmth and attentiveness truly made a difference , moreover i was highly impressed by the hotels laundry services. This is my fourth time staying at Ibis Styles Jumeira and what I originally considered to be a 4* hotel has gradually reduced in quality. After considering other hotels nearby, I decided to give Ibis one last try due to my familiarity of the hotel.
Firstly the cost of this hotel has almost doubled within 2 years for the same time periods. After initially contacting the hotel online and sending a family member in person, the hotel was unable to offer any loyalty rates or match the price of even 4* hotels in the area. The location of course is great, but there are much higher rated hotels nearby for a lower price.
Halfway through my stay, the hotel has decided to remove plastic bottles and replace with glass. Great! But they are asking for 40AED to take the bottles outside of the hotel. I imagine this was a display to impress COP28 guests.
The room had a strange smell after returning each day and had several flies. I would've complained about this but after making similar complaints on previous stays, I'm told there is nothing that can be done.
The area itself also appears to be getting worse and the streets are lined with staring men at night and feels very uncomfortable to walk around.
My final concern was being told to sit and wait for 10 minutes to check out whilst housekeeping checked my room for any damages. This feels extremely insulting as I have never experienced such suspicion at any other hotel or at my previous visits to this hotel.
If this hotel doesn't adapt its pricing and start looking after its loyal customers, they will surely lose more regular customers like myself.
