S19 Hotel-Al Jaddaf Metro Station

Pleasant stay here in my short trip in Dubai! Access to metro station is great; restaurants around were average. Will try the hotel restaurant the next visit here. Overall decent hotel.

Kudos and sincere thanks to the housekeeping staff Ishwar and Shiva they were very prompt and ensured my room was clean daily.

I went on a staycation and stayed here for 5days. I checked in early and checked out late so it was an extra 100dhs for those days. The reception was helpful and prompt when I needed something. The room was cozy and clean. I loved the interior design and how warm the room felt! There were enough mirrors which I appreciated too. The bed, pillows and linen were all soft and comfy. Bedtime was so good, with the blackout curtains! The AC and hot water worked perfectly. The Smart TV was a big YES for me as a serial YouTube streamer. (Just ask the staff to teach you how to ‘connect to the internet’ to avoid calling them all the time as the TV may constantly tell you that it isn’t connected to the internet).
I loved staying here as I could access downtown Dubai easily. The food at the restaurant was sooo tasty, I really enjoyed it, and the space is pretty too! There are no irons in the room, but they’ll bring you one if you need it.
I hope they can consider adding bathrobes to their amenities as I find them as the only extra missing touch❤️ It was also a very quiet hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!

First time staying at this beautiful 3 star hotel for a reasonable price.
We had been given a executive room which has access to the gym, pool and of course breakfast.
Check-in was smooth, and the room was cozy. Breakfast buffet had few options considering it was Ramadan.
Overall the stay was excellent.
Will consider staying again in here.

Rooms are good, hotel is new, parking is available and our room had a side room of the Creek
Staff are friendly, great location very accessible
The best thing was they had a Shower Filter which had an amazing effect on my hair and skin! A small detail but i loved it!

Very clean hotel, with facilities and rooms of 4 star. Cleaning came twice daily every day at the same time. Room service 24/7 with a good menu and food and funny prices. Yes they don't have slippers and toothbrushes, but if you read reviews before you come you can bring your own. The rest was just perfect ma shaa Allah. I want to specifically thank Hassan, Bridgett and Taimurkhan for excellent service and for being good people.

Stayed in this hotel for a week, and the staff made my stay so pleasant! They are all so friendly and so welcoming I don't think I've ever experienced this level of hospitality before! Special thanks to Sayed (not sure about the spelling of the name, I'm so sorry!). Thanks to all the other reception workers, you guys are amazing! El el who works at the buffet is simply the best. Also a big shoutout to Shiva and all the other staff members!

The hotel surpassed my expectations with its exceptional cleanliness. The staff was not only helpful but also kind and humble. The room's interior design and colors were truly amazing. What stood out the most was its convenient location, close to various attractions and with a nearby metro station. I highly recommend it.

Very happy with our room, spacious and clean and service was professional.
The hotel is literally a 3 min walk from the metro, and not far from the airport by taxi.
Would happily stay here again.
