A special mention goes to Mr. Karan from the housekeeping team. He did a fabulous job keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. Every detail was taken care of with care and precision—fresh linens, neatly arranged amenities, and a clean, comfortable atmosphere that made me feel right at home. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out and added great value to my experience.
Ms. Prinika (Supervisor) and Mr. Sujeet from the housekeeping staff deserve special recognition. During my stay, he did an amazing job of keeping the room immaculate. I felt completely at home because of the meticulous attention to detail, which included clean, comfortable surroundings, well-organized amenities, and fresh sheets. His expertise and commitment really shone out and made my trip much more worthwhile.
All hotels provide the basics like shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion, hair dryer, etc… except this one! Here, the shampoo and body wash were the same product in one bottle — clearly just to save costs! I asked for lotion and they said they don’t have it. I requested a hair dryer, and although it should’ve been in the room, it never arrived. The coffee they put in the room was undrinkable — I threw it away.
Even the receptionist’s English wasn’t understandable at all.
This hotel has absolutely nothing good about it except the location. I have no idea why it’s expensive. I definitely don’t recommend it — it’s honestly embarrassing and doesn’t deserve 3 stars. One star is more than enough. The prices are totally unreasonable for the poor service provided.
