We recently hosted a multi-day training and event for the Sobha team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf, and I am delighted to report that the experience was seamless and highly professional from start to finish. The team at this property truly understands the intricacies required for a successful corporate event.
The hotel’s event facilities were superb. The training rooms were well-appointed, technologically sound, and provided a comfortable environment conducive to learning and focused discussion. Crucially, the audio-visual setup was flawless, a necessity that often proves challenging, but was executed perfectly here.
However, the real differentiator was the excellence of the service provided by the entire staff. Every member of the team, from the event coordinator to the floor staff, demonstrated outstanding commitment, professionalism, and attentiveness. They were proactive in ensuring our requirements were met, often anticipating needs before we even had to ask. This level of support ensured that the Sobha training ran without any logistical hitches, allowing our presenters and attendees to focus entirely on the content.
The quality of the catering was also notable, with fresh, diverse, and timely meal services that kept energy levels high throughout the day.

Rooms are not sound proof and the toilet is a bit of a bad design during construction. All else is great from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The breakfast is super and the staff serving us at the breakfast are amazing and very hospitable. Special mention to Dil at the breakfast who always makes sure you have what you need and comes regularly to your table to ask if you need anything. She will bring you your coffee and always smiling. Keep it up Dil!!! Great job !!!

This was my first visit to Dubai, and I was fortunate to have chosen this property for my stay with my mother. I must say, the experience was not just good—it was exceptional.

From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded our expectations. Zaki at reception was outstanding, and Osama was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Pyoe from the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

The location is ideal, with a wide variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The added bonus of free guest parking in Dubai was truly appreciated.

I have stayed in this property a couple of times now. Honestly they have been very clean in terms of rooms and everything else. However on this occasion the room had a peculiar smell upon entering, rug has stains and the breakfast menu has been same for months. Just another boring menu which is not worth your money. Rather order in

Check in process took a while but Zaki was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent but repeated the same for 3 days we stayed there.
