I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Al Jaddaf and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Sean at the reception. From the moment I arrived, Sean was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. His warm smile and attention to detail made check-in a breeze.

Throughout my stay, Sean went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was assisting with special requests or offering local recommendations, he always handled everything with a positive attitude and a high level of efficiency. It's rare to find such dedication and genuine care for guests, and Sean truly stands out as a key asset to the hotel.

Great location. Al Jadaf metro stop is 5 minutes away. Heated rooftop pool, but water is not very warm. Towels are provided, there is a good gym. Breakfasts are standard. Festival Mall is located nearby, where most of the shops are and a great food court with cheap prices, you can only get there by taxi, the cost from the hotel is about 20 Dh, back 12-14.5. Great hotel with all the necessary services. The staff is friendly. Of the small disadvantages - it is located in a building area, because the new tallest building in the world is being built nearby and there is little audibility.

This is our first day here and I'm ready to write a review. Hilton Garden In Dubai al Jadaf. 4* hotel. I would give it 6*, but this is my first hotel in Dubai. We were checked in early. At 10:30 instead of 3. We waited for the key for only an hour and a half. They didn't give us breakfast. Even though we arrived at 9. Free WiFi everywhere. It works great. There is a gorgeous swimming pool on the top floor and although part of the center is visible because of the construction, I think this will no longer be the case soon. They will build everything up. There is a huge lobby downstairs. Lounge music is playing. There is a corner with Starbucks coffee, snacks and all sorts of little things. They gave me my room at 10:30. I had the feeling that I was in a business hotel, and I was. transfer to the beach. Special thanks to all the staff for everything!!! It is worth coming here just for the people. Yes to any reasonable request. Any question - an answer. Everyone is nice and friendly. The staff helped us so much in a very unpleasant situation created through our fault. Very tactful, not intrusive. No one bothers us unnecessarily. The rooms are spotless, hair dryer, iron with board, air conditioning, soap, even a clock, plasma TV. Channels only of neighboring countries, but there is a slot for a flash drive. So you can prepare. Here in the rooms all the sockets are "Arabstyle". There is only 1 slot for USB. You can ask at the reception or buy your own in a huge supermarket - they are several times cheaper there than in the malls. There is construction around, but I think by May the hotels will open. Nothing bothered us. The metro is 2 minutes away. The bed. It is not a bed, it is a heavenly cloud. After a long flight in uncomfortable chairs, we lay down in sheer pleasure. Pillows, bed linen, towels are super. Fire detectors work. We checked on our own head 😂 They can charge a tax for the room. Check in advance, there are Tour Operators who pay. I recommend and wish you a wonderful holiday or business trip.

Everything is great, we've been here for a week now, but only from the reviews did we learn that there is a pool on the roof.

Friendly staff, good breakfast options, and clean rooms. The hotel looks nice from the exterior and the rooms are also nice. If you’re planning on using the metro or the taxi a lot, then it’s definitely a great place to stay. I will point out this area doesn’t have as many dining options, especially fast food options And staff like chef Asim and other are very good

I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel during my recent stay. The rooms were immaculate, dust-free surfaces, and a sparkling bathroom that felt newly sanitized each day from the very nice and kind Mr. Vinay. Vinay paid good attention to detail, ensured that the towels and amenities were replaced on time. Overall, the hotel and the service was great , we had a great stay and wish Mr. Vinay all the best !!

This hotel impressed me on all fronts! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety, and the price was very reasonable for what I got. But what truly stole the show was the front desk staff. He were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, He made me feel genuinely welcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay with exceptional service.

It was a wonderful experience. The breakfast service this morning was amazing and the services rendered was professional not forgetting the pool bar yesterday which I was buoyed every second spent there. The good thing abt this hotel is it’s closer to the metro. And kudos to the housekeeping for a job well done
