Checked in late, night staff were fun and helpful and offered free upgrade to king due to availability. The hotel was conveniently close to the airport.
Unfortunately the rooms were very noisy at night, I was kept awake until 4:30am due to loud music coming from another room. Because of this I asked to check out early which I was charged an additional 100AED for. I had also paid extra for breakfast which I wasn’t aware of and none of the staff thought to remind me I had breakfast included.

Near to Jaddaf Metro station, the location is very good to walk in the evening and jog in the morning. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and good staff from reception, dining/kitchen and housekeeping. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

My stay at IntercityHotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront, which I preferred for business travel, was generally satisfactory. The rooms were quite clean and comfortable.
The staff was attentive and friendly, and they responded quickly to all my requests. I wanted to pay extra for the evening meals to benefit from the buffet, but both times the menu was quite weak, which was a bit disappointing.
When I needed a taxi, it was a great convenience to be transported by Uber within seconds. When I needed to work in the evenings, the staff in the cafe area were very helpful and looked after my every need.
In summary, I can say that it is a satisfactory hotel in terms of price/performance. I can easily recommend it for your business trips.

A great experience, great stuff, wow breakfast team is so amazing, keep it guys. The life guards ,gym guys are so friendly. Great rooms, great service. Will definitely call again.

My stay was quite disappointing for several reasons:
Parking: Finding a parking spot in the basement was a constant struggle. It seems there are insufficient spaces for guests.
Reception Calls: Constant calls from the reception were quite annoying and intrusive.
Shower Issues: The shower had major issues with hot and cold water coming out simultaneously, making it difficult to take a comfortable shower.
Bathroom Sink: The sink was clogged and didn't drain properly, which was quite unhygienic.
TV Remote: The TV remote batteries were dead, and there were no replacements available, making the TV unusable.
Reception Staff: The reception staff were very rude and unhelpful, which negatively impacted my overall experience.
Noise Levels: The sound isolation was terrible. I could hear every noise from the corridor and the rooms next to me very clearly, making it impossible to sleep.
Overall, I won't be coming back and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Good room size. Good AC. Good views. The service needs improvement as they did not clean room first day also they stated a payment issue on booking. Also the shuttle did not come on time. The room was smelly at first day.

Hotel location is very good. Its not very far from the airport and located close to Al Jaddaf metro station making it easier to travel around. Facilities inside room and the room service were very satisfactory. Staff is also good and friendly and Mahesh a Sri Lankan working there gave us a good support. Breakfast was good, not with much varieties though, but still a better choice for the money you pay compared to other options available. Rooftop pool adds more value to the stay. Overall, it was a very good stay and can highly recommend.

The hotel is great for it's price. Rooms are fine, service is great. As for me, two snags: the restaurant is very small and tight therefore your breakfast turns into a problem. Pushes from the other people are guaranteed. Even a problem to find a free table. The other disadvantage is working hours of the bar. After 11pm you can't even find a bottle of water. Vending machine in a lobby was inop once.

Lovely budget friendly hotel, located at Al Jaddaf Waterfront, it is a little out of the way with not much around, but it is lovely and quiet here and only a 10min drive from downtown. It is very traveler friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are lovely. The best part is the rooftop pool, excellent views of downtown Dubai.

The rooms are nice and clean but the showers keep going hot and cold so you can’t have a relaxing shower.
The staff and service is good, but the breakfast included was very basic.
The location is pretty good as you can get a taxi most places pretty quick and it’s next to the DFC mall.
