The hotel is pretty new and clean. But it is a bit far from major transports, shops and restaurants. Everything is good except that the bathroom design is bad. No hooks, no cover of toilet paper next to shower without screen. You need to call to get basic stuff like hair dryer.

Very nice hotel and it’s located not too far from airport. You can use the red line train then interchange to the green line to get Aljadaf train station. However, the hotel itself is far away from Dubai city centre. You can use the train to get any attraction place in Dubai.

Thank you Ivy for making our stay so comfortable. The service in the hotel is good . But Ivy made our stay.
The staff is very nice and helpful in this hotel and the rooms are comfy and clean. The rooftop is the best with the pool.
The food was ok but could do with a little improvement.

The service staff is not good. They ask a lot of questions and then smile in a derogatory manner.

Room's are okay. But at least upgrade the TV. So that it will connect on YouTube or something.. and also clean properly the glass wall between the Restroom and room.. very dusty. But the place is nice. And room is nice..

Terrible Experience – Do Not Book This Hotel!
I booked this hotel through Agoda, received a confirmation email, and thought everything was set. However, when I arrived after a 5-hour drive, completely exhausted, the hotel told me they were fully booked! Instead of honoring my reservation, they transferred me to a smaller, cheaper, and lower-quality hotel that was nothing like what I originally paid for.
This was a huge disappointment and a complete lack of professionalism. If they were overbooked, they should have informed me before my arrival, not after I had already traveled all the way there. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Great value, wonderful location, 10 minutes walk to the metro station, excellent customer service, and friendly staff.

The hotel was really good given the fact we got a great deal from trip.com . The hotel met all our necessities. We were given an upgraded room with the water canal view and free breakfast .
