The staff are lovely and helpful. The location is 15 minutes to the airport.

They say there is free airport shuttle service but they never reply to email with details
Noone will help you with your luggage whether you have 1 or 10
No housekeeping unless you call them and ask clearly
Zero sound insulation, first night I had to go to reception to complain about a noise from 5 rooms away, second day baby crying all night from 2 rooms away
Enough said.

Very Good hotel specially the dealing with Mr.Ayman, he is kindly person, cooperative and friendly , the hotel is cleaned with nice swimming pool in roof, parking available in the hotel, I don’t like only the provided half board breakfast and dinner items since it’s not cover the Middle East and Arab food and also did not respect the kids requirements

Stayed at IntercityHotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront and loved it! The service was top-notch—staff like Mahesh were friendly and efficient. The rooftop pool with Dubai skyline views was a highlight, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast and dinner were tasty with a great variety, including a standout cheese/pepper omelette. For the price, it’s a steal—clean rooms, great amenities, and easy metro access. Highly recommend for a budget-friendly and quality stay.

The hotel is pretty new and clean. But it is a bit far from major transports, shops and restaurants. Everything is good except that the bathroom design is bad. No hooks, no cover of toilet paper next to shower without screen. You need to call to get basic stuff like hair dryer.

Very nice hotel and it’s located not too far from airport. You can use the red line train then interchange to the green line to get Aljadaf train station. However, the hotel itself is far away from Dubai city centre. You can use the train to get any attraction place in Dubai.

Thank you Ivy for making our stay so comfortable. The service in the hotel is good . But Ivy made our stay.

The staff is very nice and helpful in this hotel and the rooms are comfy and clean. The rooftop is the best with the pool.

The food was ok but could do with a little improvement.

Room's are okay. But at least upgrade the TV. So that it will connect on YouTube or something.. and also clean properly the glass wall between the Restroom and room.. very dusty. But the place is nice. And room is nice..

Great value, wonderful location, 10 minutes walk to the metro station, excellent customer service, and friendly staff.
Comfy bed and many pillow options, zero complains, happy customer, well done team.
