The hotel in general is high value for a very affordable price: nice SPA centre, with the best Hamman I know so far, good airco, 24 hours reception, variated and complete breakfast, free parking space nearby

Spa is decent with a small heated pool, big sauna and steam bath. It needs a bit of renovation though. Overall the hotel is a perfect place for a cheap getaway with the children

Nice hotel with good spa and pool but not so clean rooms

Very large clean rooms. Swimming pool - spa for max 10 persons. Only one elevator. Small breakfast room. Nothing to do except spa. Not even a desent bar. Very far from the center. Just for a sleep.

What are the disadvantages were seen: 1) the Cleaning was done so himself (on the first day, in General, a dead bug lying on the floor), the bed refueled so that I would not have ran at all 2) the Hairdryer did not work properly (turns off after ~30 seconds of work) 3) the water Pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired Overall, the hotel is fully justified

Lovely hotel about 25min walk from the gondola area, clean rooms mostly friendly staff, cleaners are lovely (1 was super helpful every day and went beyond the call of duty due to a friend - dont ask) lovely views

We rented a apartment privately but did stay in the hotel for 1 night in a studio which was ok, however no kettle cups ir anything like that, we had breakfastthat 1st morning and it aas ok just not to my kids taste as they are fussy eaters, Pool is lovely only thing I could possibly fault is no outside toilets by the pool so a bit of a pain with a 3 year old so had to take her in and out to the one...

Dishes, utensils, iron, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, books 📚, cleaning products and accessories. There were even napkins, sugar, salt, flour, spices. We were also provided with a playpen for the smallest of the children

The two single beds are in the common room (dining room + kitchen), separated by a wall. 2 The location is also one less star because of the view to another complex. The apartment is located on the first floor

It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.

Perfect place for rest. It's quaet and peacefull. The barthender from pollbar is awesome.

A couple of hours’ drive from Sofia in the very picturesque town of Bansko, the hotel has ample parking space and is vary easy to get to

The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are great after a day on the slopes. If I was being picky then the steam room floor could be a little cleaner

I’m honest with my reviews! For the price wow this is spot on. 3 Jacuzzis, 2 saunas, steam room, a big pool and an awesome lounge bar with pool tables and more. Great staff and great hospitality

The hotel was spotless, and the pool, gym, sauna facilities were incredible. Out of all the destinations and hotels I have stopped in when skiing this one is the best. The staff were so friendly and helpful

The coffee machine was like queuing for a 4 person chair lift. The pool and spa area is a great part of the hotel and makes up for the tired looking rooms

The hotel is awesome! Nice crew, nice bar and very kind service. They have awesome breakfast and dinner, they have a sauna and a pool. Also you can pay a bit for ping pong or billiard

Such a nice hotel right next to old town too, the food in the hotel is OK could do with a rethink on combination and level of flavour, but overall really nice place to be.

Christmas meal which was supposed to be special, actually was not. The pool was clean, at good temperature but with too much chlorine (it smelled more than usual at least)

There was still plenty of snow on the piste, but the sun never stopped shining. Wonderful Holiday, and revived us all for our return

We had a two-day family break there, at Christmas in a really spacious two-room apartment. We enjoyed the extra space and the view to the mountains. We paid for half board so we ate dinner as well as breakfast

Very comfortable and large reception area. There is a ski shop in the spa centre which even does training as well as equipment hire. We came for a month in mid February

I live across the street in the aspen resort. In Terre small outdoor swimming pool, a lot of people. Their car Park in principle, there is, by contrast, can be cleaned only a few cars

The room was huge with a great view over the town from its three windows, it included tables, a settee and a fridge which was great. Kettle supplied on request by the staff who were very helpful

I was on a short ski vacation with my son. The hotel is in a wonderful location in the centrum of Bansko. The spa center is very basic and needs renovation. The breakfast is sufficient for a passing grade

The pool always had someone in attendance. The staff were friendly and helpful. 5 mins Walking distance to the old town & about 13 to the slopes. Or there is a regular shuttle bus there and back

Yes the hotel is a bit tired but our room was clean, the spa facilities were great! There is a huge swimming pool, sauna and steam room which were clean & fabulous to use after a days skiing

The hotel has an excellent shuttle bus service. The entire staff was very pleasant and kind. Around the hotel there were plenty of national restaurants. In short: the hotel has an excellent price-performance ratio

Cold swimming pool and SPA area air temperature was 25 degrees during the winter. Air conditioning system doesn't work- no fresh air and humidity is like 99. Children play zone looks like ghetto.

Despite having a full kitchen there's no cooking utensils so a bit useless. The spa space is clean and pleasant with a hot pool, a small swimming pool, two saunas and a steam room

Room and hotel was nice and clean, rooms are extremely hot so I would recommend turning your heating off when you arrive the heating from the rest of the hotel will keep your room warm

it was really hot there but once we figured out how to put the heating off it was fine. Location was brilliant not too far from the gondola and the main street

The pool jacuzzi and sauna was perfect after a day on the slopes! We did have a few times where there was a unruly family in there splashing in the pool and getting our stuff soaked which was annoying but we just made sure we went there when there were no kids as its open until 9 at night

I liked it very much, for the personal they were very nice to us and the view is unbelievable, the room had a stair that is pretty nice and the bathroom clean and made out of glass

The lady at the reception speaks french fluently and is even ready to share with you how she loves the city by offering a guided tour of it. To make a long story short, I had an excellent stay !

Staff are friendly, the house keeping staff even washed up and made our beds while we were out. The paid WiFi service for rooms though is bad as we struggled to connect to it

First impressions were good although there is no reference to parklands hotel and pool, which is what we booked, it's actually parklands aparthotel. The rooms are really great no complaints at all so far

The location of the hotel is great and everything is clean and comfy. Free transfer to and from the gondola with Mak Mak who is a great guy. Kids are very loud at the pool area and the jacuzzi is occupied for very long

Good quality/ price report. One of the chambermaids was caught searching in the luggage.( not ok at all). It is quite cold in the rooms during the night. The pool & the jacuzzi are nice after a day skiing 😊.

Hotel in old city Bansko smol streets decorate very nice but with out children room too much noise around of the Hotel.

Wonderful place to stay and relax

Spa was a bit small and the water in the pool could have been a bit warmer, but other than that staff were kind, responded quickly to all our requests while the room was clean and warm (hot even, I had to turn down the heating)

It is a very nice and quiet hotel. It has many different types of accommodation. From single rooms to family suites. The breakfast was delicious. It has internal swimming pool, spa center and a small playground

Not all blocks have lifts and the light switch timers on the stairs only last long enough to go one or two floors, which is dangerous at night. The pool is large and lovely

The Green Wood hotel is a great place to stay. Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for two nights and everything was brilliant, staff were lovely and professional, the room was very nice, the food was excellent

We went to Bulgaria on vacation and stayed in Green Wood Hotel. The hotel is very beautiful inside and outside. Our room was pretty big and comfortable with a beautiful view facing the mountains

In addition, the apartments will be redesigned in a modern style and will be fully equipped with new furniture and electrical appliances
