This is a picture from the pool in Chateau Vaptzarov. The place also has a gym and spa. The food is also good, especially the breakfast where you have a lot of different kinds of food at your disposal

Very good hotel. The stuff is amazing. They have a driver that took us every morning to the gondola and back to the hotel after the ski. There ara two saunas and hot swimming pool.

Very good, My and my brother stayed for one week, and had wonderful vacation. Nikolai the owner of the hotel is a vary nice and the staff will do every effort to help in any request. I We will come back next year!

The rooms have LCD TV's with cable and also Wi-Fi. The employees are okay, but not the most kind employees you can find

Staff is very nice! Good location. It seems that they put effort to renovate the hotel, so we really tried to sympathise with them. The thing I find annoying is that they promote spa, when 1/3 of it is not really usable

Clean SPA and warm water in the pools. Food at the restaurant is delicious and has enough options. Swimming clothes and accessories in the Spa area, which is a plus if you come unprepared and/or with a small kid

convenient temperature, and not smelling. Great view on the mountains from lying in the whirlpool or swimming in the indoor basin. Comfortable modern spacious rooms and apartments

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views! Tastefully decorated apartments and villas. Spa and pool are great - the pool is excellent for children and people who can’t swim as it’s not deep. The jacuzzi has mountain views

There’s a smaller pool for children too. The food is good - some dishes are better than others. The park in Dobrinishte town is a short walk down the hill

It’s not what it used to be few years ago. Prices have gone significantly up, the level of service have reduced. Food is mediocre, there are cracks on the walls, wallpapers are torn, carpets with stains.

Children can play in a specially decorated area, sometimes under the care of an animator. The ping pong room is a great bonus. All in all - the hotel provides high quality breaks for all ages

Breakfast is very basic and not tasty, but staff is really friendly and helpful. The pool outside is clean and the garden is beautiful. Parking is small and most of the time full

Great place for the many 👌 have nice personal, nice food and good spa center. I recommended for everyone, they have a shuttle every day to the ski center. The ski center is located 2km from the hotel.

Very comfortable rooms and they do have double rooms ! This is very comfortable for my family :) Almost impossible to find this kind of comfort in Bansko.

Nice hotel, service is great! The gym is perfect for any kind of sports, wrestling, bjj, yoga, you name it! Perfect for organizing sport camps or events.

A nice comfortable, affordable hotel which has been ideal for a Ski trip with my son. The breakfast is buffet style and serves early to get an early start for skiing

Some of staff have a grasp of English and all of them have been pleasant. A little out of the busy town, but fine if your main focus is a nice base to relax after a day in the mountains

Large rooms, cheap and good food at the lobby. Staff is really nice, we stayed a week in jan 2020 and would recommend to anyone!

The room was well equipped with many storage places the only disadvantage I can say was the semi-open shower box that makes the bathroom full of water and the second one it is about the floor that is with carpet (not the best choice for a clean floor)

The staff was friendly and the position of the hotel is placed a few meters from the center of the village with the gondola and all of the cafes, bars, and restaurants

In the end, I can say that I had a good experience and I recommend that place as a budget option for accommodation in Bansko center

Great family hotel, absolutely worth it for the value. The cocktails are the specialty of the owner and they have a lovely cosy garden in the summer when someone can enjoy them. Also pool and fitness is available

The indoor pool had no ventilation so it was really suffocating in there with a terrible odour emerging in the air. Breakfast was ok, although the dishes were dirty!

We have been to Have Ida for our summer vacation. During the weekdays the town was quite empty. The hotel itself offers nice rooms and a beautiful garden with a small restaurant and bar

Nice small hotel, close to the gondola lift. And of you want to eat something different than Bulgarian dishes, they serve Mexican food.

We stayed for 7 nights was a very clean room and bathroom. They clean and arrange the room daily, very nice and helpfull staff, very warm during the night, hot water after the skisession. Decent sauna, pool and jacuzzi

Dinner is traditional and continental Staff are welcoming and ready to assist you. There is a shuttle service to the gondola but a brisk walk only takes 5 minutes to get there. I recommend this hotel without hesitation

In fact a member of the group asked for a cab to go to a spa but as one wasn't available the hotel staff dropped them off free of charge. We would definitely stay here again if we come back

A group of 18 of us booked this place for 5 night for our ski holiday. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Location is great as its very close to the Gondola and all the ski shops

I have stayed in this hotel for at least eleven times since 2011. The hotel is comfortable, clean and has a great spa. Breakfast is plentiful and varied

It's also within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. The breakfast wasn't bad but not too much variety. Customer service was exceptional

Radiators are always on full blast so you can have the balcony door open and still be warm. Breakfast was what's fun to see what you would get. Mini bus to and from ski lift but it's only 5 or 10 minutes walk

in a quieter and pretty part of town but still easy to get to the gondola (they have a shuttle). roaring fire and traditional decor down stairs. excellent food and enjoyed getting half board

We really enjoy our stay in the Family Hotel Bisser. The family is so nice and helpful. They take care of us and the meals (breakfast and dinner) were delicious and so generous.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and we had a great time. All the 3 receptionist s were welcoming and helpful. Our room got everything what needed:comfy bed tv, fridge, balcony and a great size bathroom

Room was great, 2 bedroom apartement (108) with living room, 3 balconies, 2 bathrooms. Try "Delicious Fries + Ribbs". Room was cleaned every day, toeel change every 3 days

We were 2 couples and we stayed for 7 nights. Breakfast is ok, bot so much variaty but something new every day. Good ti get a nice start before hiting the slopes

It is 3 star hotel, but the staff was helpful all the time. The ski bus was driving daily no matter that for 2 days I was the only passenger. The food was classic Bulgarian nothing special

The place is quiet and peaceful. About 10 minutes from the center. The apartment is tastefully furnished, clean. There is no terrace (junior suite) and in the kitchenette there is a refrigerator, microwave and kettle

There are cups, plates and utensils. In the backyard there is a parking space for 3-4 cars. Features a shared apartment (tavern) with a small stove, toaster, microwave and espresso machine

Clean and spacious rooms, some of them with an excellent view to the mountain. Unfortunately, the restaurant is only open in winter. Walls are not sound-proof, so you might hear your neighbors if they are too noisy

I had room 8, which had an amazing view of the peaks. Location is perfect, a 5-10 minute walk from the city center. Had a great balcony with chairs and a table and the surrounding area is quiet

Great rooms, good location, we had some home made breakfast and coffee, for those that are home office, we had comfortable space near reception with good wifi so we could work from there

There was a hair salon, game room, pool and foosball. The room was a bit worn down, but still was spacious and warm. While we were away the towels and garbage were changed

Nice hotel with average cusine. If it's booked via those sites which offered high discounts, pay attention. Interior is quite old, it has jacuzzi in the pool itself and it's significantly small

Cozy place, not too far from the city center but far enough to provide a nice and peaceful stay. We arrived late on a Friday and the restaurant was waiting just for us. That was a nice gesture right from the start

Just bulgarian food is not that good. Wi-fi is working in the rooms but if not, you can ask them to reset the routers and youll be fine

A very helpful family staff. We just stayed only one night. We came on motorcycle and the family built a barrier around it by cars. Greatly appreciated. Plus it is not so far from the town centre

The hotel may not be the most luxurious and the rooms are not the biggest, but the personnel were very friendly, nice, and polite. They made dinner for us exactly when we wanted it even if quite late in the evening

The hosts were very attentive, offering shuttles to the town both morning and evening, and went out of the way to drive us to town for our journey home

Mikel’s tavern gives you the best Bulgarian Food Experience - every dish was made with full attention, from local and fresh ingredients - dishes we haven’t seen at any other place… that gave us a real glimpse of the Bulgarian traditional kitchen!!! Mikel was full with good willing to help when needed and we had a great time in his place! 😊

The location is a traditional Bulgarian House, very well located and closed to main Bansko attractions. The host, Mihael received us very nice, providing a lot of useful info about the resort

+ Close to Gondola & many bars/restaurants/shops/supermarkets + Very nice decor, cosy wooden cabin vibes + Spacious enough, comfy beds + Well-equipped w/ Big TV & Netflix, large fridge and a nice view - Lift wasn't always working (Two of us got stuck in it for 5-10 minutes), and with a lot of ski gear to carry, going up and down 4/5 flights of stairs before or after a day of skiing was a nuisance...

Only big wooly quilts or duvets provided (This could be a personal thing but we were 9 in our group and I wasn't the only one) - Sky light was a nice touch in our room but forget sleeping in as there's no way to cover the sunlight (not all rooms had one)

Haven’t bothered reading the low reviews, as far as I can tell this place is terrific. Low budget, nice room and extremely convenient for the Gondola

It is basically 12 apartment blocks and we were in Block 10 which is around the back near the reception, which takes some finding when you arrive on the street at the front! The apartment was a good size, warm and clean although a bit spartan
