The staff is not nice and most of them does not know English.
We got a small room with a low ceiling and they did not agree to change our room.
We ate pizza at lunch in the hotel restaurant and there was mold on the pizza dough and they asked us to pay only for the 3 slices we ate before we discovered the mold on the dough!!🤮
The breakfast is not varied.
The jacuzzi not working is like a small heated pool with cloudy water.
We were charged for towels in the room.
I really do not recommend this hotel!!
Do yourself a favor and don't go to him.
Me and my girlfriend and I didn't stay in the hotel but came to the massage treatments that were wonderful, respectful, professional, and the prices are fair!! Dinko and his colleague were amazing!
A must for all!
Its a good hotel, the rooms are good, decorated with wood, my room had its "Own Router" for super fast internet. You wont get a pool and a Jacuzzi for a price like this anywhere else in Bulgaria, not just Bansko.
P.S the breakfast buffet is only 10 -15 lev and is ultra fresh.
