Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down.

.The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead.

.The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice.

.The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing

.The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property.

To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect.

I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

I was very satisfied with everything during my stay. At least the price was right. The room was very clean, the breakfast selection was rich, and the facilities were relatively complete. It is a good choice in Sofia.

Hotel was with good location, the room was quite basic. Good pool & sauna area. Service attitude not the best and the breakfast room was quite messy and not cleaned also small. I can recommend this for a few nights stay in Sofia.

The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich in variety. I especially like the various cheeses. It is within walking distance of Sofia's main attractions.

Not much things surrounding. Have to walk back to the city center.
And Monday the bar is closed. But otherwise very high standard already in Sofia

Very nice 2 week business stay. The hotel is near to perfect. Rooms large and clean, personell friendly - hospitality as it should be! I especially enjoyed the very good breakfast, but also had a few lunches and dinners.
I will be back!

Great wifi, city view and everything you want

Amazing 3 night stay. Radi was so helpful, friendly and provided great suggestions of where to eat and what’s unique to shop. Hotel is in a great location walking distance to city center, 5 min walk to the famous cathedral. Rooms a very spacious with tons of storage and very nice shower. Comfy bed and couch to relax. We had club access, which offers delicious breakfast and happy hour appetizers in a quiet pretty setting.
