The hotel is small but very well maintained green area. The hotel offers clean, furnished rooms. Good ratio price-quality. Attentive staff. Recommend for a relaxing holiday.
Location: a resort complex Sunny Beach, 32 km from the airport of Burgas, 500 metres from the resort centre.
Consists of two buildings (3 and 6 floors), built in 2003 and 2007.
The hotel has 140 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy, 300 m from the hotel, 3 line. Umbrellas, chairs, mattresses - platno.

the bathroom doesn’t have locks on the door, the hallway door lets light and noise in, and the cleaners don’t do anything besides make the bed. there are a total of 3 useble sockets and all of them are atleast 2 meters away from the bed. But on another note its very close to the beach and main center, pool is great and food is amazing.

Hotel needs total refreshment, just screaming for that. What is still make it go is bunch of youngsters without experience and knowledge how to do that. Rooms are spaceous and clean with aircondition , food served is nice and on time and extras finish here. Problems with check in,no wi-fi in all hotel, no big screens for sports, poor animation program, vent in toilets not always working and etc.
So guys before you go after cheap price for family holiday have all that in you mind and good luck.

The hotel looks good but the bed is really old and sunk in. In the room there are 3 sockets but they are to far away from the bed. The cleaners only make the bed (badly) and change the towels. Pool is clean and swimmable. Food here is great but on somedays the variety isn't as great. The beach is really close. Staff barely knows any english. The cocktails in the bar are disgusting. The alcohol in the bar is terribly cheap only the beer tastes some what drinkable. We only got good drinks when we asked "make me something good" but because of the language barrier some bartenders didn't quite understand. We had a lovely vacation here. If you're looking for a budget friendly vacation I think this hotel is great for you!

We have been resting there for three years in a row. The children are delighted. Everything in the restaurant is very tasty. The reception has very good specialists, thank you Shamito for the very quick check-in and solving our personal requests ❤️I recommend the hotel

I would never recommend this place! Don't waste your money! It's already the fifth day of ongoing renovations in the building, and I can't wait to get out of here. No one from the administration is taking any action, which is absolutely unacceptable when you're paying for a vacation. Find another place to stay!

Food massively let's this place down
Designed very much for Eastern Europe tastes we struggled to find anything to eat for evening meals with kids, limited choice and not geared for western tastes. For example one of the items on offer was sprouts and cheese? Staff don't speak English which doesn't help. Excellent for the beach and town.

Animation is decent. Ellie, Dani, Nastia and Maya are awsome. The rooms are clean and the food is good. The staff is very friendly. Sashas, Ali, Nur and Mikaela best bar service.

Lovely Place to be, very nice pool, close to the beach and still quiet in the evenings. We have booked privet apartment, not really the hotel part, but it was just lovely.

Everything about our vacation was great! The animation was awesome, Ellie, Nastia and Dani were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very cozy.
