I travelled to Oleander House with 21 friends from my tennis club in Ireland and thanks for the staff we created memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. We hope to make this an annual event and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates comfort, safety, quality and friendliness. Ideal for couples or families who are seeking a peaceful break with only a five minute walk to the beach.

Hotel is in a super location with a super clean and green garden. Very quiet place in the middle of sunny beach. Tennis courts are top maintained, and the minigolf also.
Definatelly will be coming back here.

Great place for relax. Flowers, trees, birds in the garden. The best Hugo drink in Sunny Beach.

We are spending our honeymoon here, everything is amazing! Very close to the beach, shops, center. Its located on a quiet street, has a very good parking place. The staff is very friendly; super clean everywhere! Breakfast is almost the same every day, but its fresh and very good!

What a fantastic experience. 13 of us from Ireland had a great few days in Oleander House. Lovely staff who were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The tennis courts were so well looked after and really nice to play on. Crazy golf was lots of fun. Ideal location for a group that want to play tennis, have a few drinks and enjoy a swim in the sea. 13 tennis pals stayed here for the first time recently for 5 nights. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! So much so that we have all decided to go back next year for a week. The hotel is family run and this was a huge factor for us. Parents, Adult children, grandchildren and in-laws staff the place 24/7 and are so generous, helpful and friendly that as a group we could not fault them. The rooms are very spacious and have balconies, fridges, tv's and strong wifi with lots of wardrobe space. Breakfast has a limited choice but is cooked and presented very well and buffet style so no small portions here! Cosy bar beside the minigolf ( great fun !) serves draft beers, spirits etc and the owners homemade wine ( beautiful). Order a glass of homemade lemonade and they pick the lemon from the lemon trees beside the bar and make it there on the spot! The bar was manned for as long as we wanted and nothing we asked for was a problem. The 5 clay courts are top class and very professionally maintained. One of the best clay surfaces we have played on. We ran our own tournaments every day and also teamed up with a group from Belfast and played a very enjoyable few hours of Tennis indeed with them. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk. 5 minute walk from the strip with hundreds of restaurants and bars to choose from. Room was cleaned every day. We all agreed one of the cosiest and friendliest hotels we have stayed in. we can't wait for next year...

Nice place with well sized, clean rooms. There are tenis fields and a mini golf course. The hotel has a very nice, very well maintained garden. The restaurant serves good food. Staff is very friendly. Finally, there is parking space in a fenced area.

Location wise, it is very close to the beach area - 5 mins walk max. Overall, I recommend Oleander.

The restaurant is high quality! The food was amazing,very tasty. Recommend it with two hands !
