Olymp Hotel in Sunny Beach

If u want a busy, noisy and kinda like a party hotel, this is NOT for you. If want a family-friendly hotel, nice and quiet, I recommend Olymp Hotel 100%. It's located 3.5min walk from the beach (I counted) and 5 min walk to the main, busy street. The hotel is a little outdated but super charming and it has everything you need. Breakfast buffet was good, rooms were good and clean. The pool area was quite and nice with a restaurant and a bar. No complaints 👌 but what took my heart was the staff. They were ALL really nice and helpful from the housekeepers to the manager... always smiling. The manager (unfortunately I don't remember her name) was unbelievable. What a nice lady! Just for the service, we will definitely book this hotel again.

Super nice staff and great placement, close to the beach.

Room: Although it is not a completely renovated hotel room, it is a good room with the things you need. It is not completely sound proof, though we never heard our neighbors, the sounds of drunk people in the streets were definitely noticed.

Breakfast: The breakfast is an alright one, not that I would eat all the things I have eaten there, at home, every morning. It consists of the basics: Bread, eggs, sausage, coffee, etc. The breakfast is located at the 6th floor (they have an elevator), which gives you an amazing view every morning.

Cleanliness: We were given new towels every time we needed it, and the folded our bedsheets every morning, not sure if they changed it. But that is fine.
We had to remove two bugs from the room.
Luckily, there were no bed bugs.
The drain in the shower was a bit clogged, probably from all the sand people drag inside from the beach, but the water went down anyways, just took a little longer.

All in all a good experience!

A very nice hotel with a nice pool, and amazing staff. The manager and her staff goes the extra mile to satisfy all the customers. She's so friendly and serviceminded. The whole staff is very helpful. Our room satisfied our expectations. 4th floor, with a balcony. Supernice. The food is also good. And the breakfast is very very nice. Alot of choices. The hotel is near the beach🏖 and the it's very central to everything. I will recommend this hotel from the bottom of my heart ♥

Beautiful hotel, minutes from the beach and the hustle that is Sunny Beach's party street with wonderful pool and even more wonderful staff. Even though you are walking distance to the action, the area is very quiet and peaceful. Rooms were very clean, charming and welcoming. Room had a balcony where you can relax after spending a day at the beach which is a mere 3 minute walk. Pool deck is big enough not to get overcrowded and the pool is spacios for kids to play or practice swimming without disturbing other guests. Would definitely come back.

Hotel is located near beach, not far away is famous Flower street. Everything feels close yet streets are not overwhelmingly busy.

Stuff is amazing! Smiling and always ready to help. Thanks to them I felt like at home.

Breakfast is tasty yet some people may lack a variety of food. As for me - it was suitable for breakfast. Food is served on sixth floor where you can see mountain and sea view or pool view. A lot of gorgeous flowers there.

Rooms and Hotel itself is clean and well maintained. Yet it surely is retro style with small box like TV and not so modern furniture. Beds are comfy, air conditioner helped in the most hot days. In room is also a small refrigerator. Hairdryer is available at front desk.

Cleaning comes every day. Bed sheets are changed once a week or when asked. Same for towels.

Pool is clean with sun beds and umbrellas. Easy to use stairs, kids pool.

Long story short, I would definitely choose Hotel Olymp again!
