The comfortable hotel is on a busy street of Agia NAPA, within walking distance from the beach, cafes, restaurants, shops and Nightclubs.

Location: 5 minutes walk from the centre of Agia NAPA, on the beachfront and a 15-minute walk from the beach, Nissi beach. 45 km away is the international airport of Larnaca.
Consists of a three storey building.
Total 107 rooms.
Beach: public pebble beach 20 metres away, in the first coastline, the entrance to the water stones. There are sun loungers. Pool umbrellas and sun loungers. In 10-15 minutes from the hotel and the large sandy beach of Nissi beach. There are umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee.

We stayed in mid-September, and the hotel was absolutely fantastic, especially the location and the staff. Lydia and Mikela at the reception were wonderful and incredibly helpful, always providing professional service. The housekeeping staff were sweet and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the food selection was quite large, offering a variety of options each day.
Don't rely on the negative comments. We totally recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very nice, price and quality is so good. Breakfast and dinner are also great and fresh, for everyone's taste.

The room we got was horrible. We did not have kettle, pillows were dirty, room full of ants so don't take or keep your food on table. Bathroom was not cleaned properly and the drain in the shower was so clogged it was not possible to have a shower wirhout the flooding the room 😡. So so bad. And the wifi u will catch on balcony from public wifi network. Don't expect to have it in room....I do not recommend this hotel at all

The hotel was in a good place, very near to the city center, but there is no good beach near, the nearest good beach is far, like 25 minutes walk, the Nissi and Landa beaches are far, like 30_50 minutes walk.
The food was very good, delicious and lots of different offers every day. The reception guys were very nice and helpful.
The roos service wasn't so good, I asked for shower gel almost every day, and the cleaning was not so good as well.
The hotel is located very near to the car repair center and it was not quiet and the view from that side was not nice as well.

Came on a couples holiday for 7 nights.
Pleasant stay but confused why we paid for all inclusive when we were very limited on what drinks we could have. The drinks we could have had a ridiculous amount of alcohol in them & weren’t drinkable.
Only a few staff were friendly, majority didn’t pay much attention to us.
When we arrived we had no duvet/sheet, so I pulled down the duvets from the cupboard & used them. The fourth day house keeping finally decided to give us one sheet, but not two. They also took away all of our toilet roll, which confused us slightly?
The lifeguard shows absolutely no interest in his job. Sits playing on his phone all day long.
No access to the fridge without paying each day, so we just went to the local shop & got cold water each evening to keep ourselves hydrated.
Minimal entertainment. Most people opt to go out for the evening to find their own. Which is what we did.
The beach is not sandy. This wasn’t a huge deal for us as we found it pleasant to have a walk along the path that runs by side of it in the evening but would have preferred that we could enjoy the sand!
Overall we didn’t have an awful experience. The beds were comfy enough & for two young people on their first couples holiday we were happy enough & able to make the most of it. Wouldn’t stay here again though.

Nice and clean hotel, sunny room with a beautiful view to the pools and the sea. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and the food was also perfect - with a really nice and friendly "pancake guy" Mikola at breakfast who always had a small chat with the guests while preparing fresh and delicious pancakes for them. :) Breakfast is mainly the same every day, but there was such a wide variety, you don't need to eat the same 2-3 things all the time. Dinner was varied every day, local specialities were also served. The cleaning lady came every day, she was really kind, leaving us extra coffee for request. The hotel offers quite well equipped wellness area with a free gym, a cross-fit room, different inside pools and saunas. The beach by the hotel is rocky and not sandy but it was perfect for beach walks at night and beautiful sandy beaches were available within 1-2 kilometres, so it was no problem for us. We booked for 7 nights, and we received an offer for our last 2 nights to move to their 5-star sister hotel some kilometres away, with an upgrade from half board to all inclusive accommodation for free. It was nice that we could also try another hotel, but if we had to choose in the future, we would opt for Anmaria again, as it was much quieter and cosier for us with a great service for our money.

i liked the pool, the location was really great aswell. We had 2 balconies so the view was really nice.
The staff is not helpful at all, very rude towards guests, only the bartenders in the evening at the bar were nice, and that you have to pay for drinks at dinner and lunch

Rooms were pretty good. Had to pay for Wi-fi and basically everything else at the hotel. Not good location. Had to walk about 40 minutes for a good beach.

The rooms are nice only the bathroom is to small ,balcony whit amazing view. Only i don't like the walls are to thin the you hear the people what they speak.
When i need say something about the dinner or breakfast or generally for the food , i need say is NOT GOOD because the food is very international and all the time the same nothing new .... The Greek and Cyprus kitchen are much better but in Anmaria Beach hotel you dont get. The hotel from outside is too dark. The waiters and waitress can smiley a bit more sometime i feel the they hate all guests.
The receptionist are friendly and always with smiles on there face :)

- ROOM: big, alll with terace and nice but cleanliness not good. Cleaner just brush floor and make the bed that is it. Nothing is tidy up properly : towel, bed not made properly, table sink not cleaned. I found our coffee cups used just rince and still mark of coffee and dirty spoon!Not a 5 star for sure! The carpet in the corridor of the hotel has never been hoover for our all stay, getting dirtier and dirtier everyday!
-MUSIC: loud music all day from 10am till 11pm or midnight someday. Even if we close window we can hear loud the music from our room. And everyday same playlist at same moment. At least change playlist!
- FOOD: breakfast is good and lot.of choice with 1 different Cyprus bavery everyday to discover.
The diner are international food, always same things (fries, pasta, mashed potatoe) + something different everydayw. Is lot of choice but not really tasty. Even if we were half board we had to pay for the drinks we want on the table wich was not specified before.
- EMPLOYEES:
The receptionist of the hotel are all very friendly and helpful!! BUT the main restaurant receptionist was very unfriendly , almost never hello just asking room number and moove the head to show the direction to go diner, everyday... Also, the personal in the restaurant are not friendly at all, they all looks like so unhappy, never say hi unless we say to them, often talķing between them or looking at us like they judge or dont like customers in general. Only one waiter was outsanding and amazing, his name was Ahmed very helpful and friendly and smiling. Also the blond lady at the spa is always smilling and nice.
LOCATION: Hotel is well located close to the beach and nice view if you are on the sea/pool side . U can reach central Ayia napa by walk in less than 10min + off licence just outside the hotel open late night.
ACCOMODATION: swimming pool inside and outside great + big gym and spa good as well. But the music in the swimming pool/spa/gym in the basement is the same for all and super loud and everyday same electric playlist. It should be differenr everyday and more relaxing music for the spa....
