The comfortable hotel is on a busy street of Agia NAPA, within walking distance from the beach, cafes, restaurants, shops and Nightclubs.

Location: 5 minutes walk from the centre of Agia NAPA, on the beachfront and a 15-minute walk from the beach, Nissi beach. 45 km away is the international airport of Larnaca.
Consists of a three storey building.

Beach: public pebble beach 20 metres away, in the first coastline, the entrance to the water stones. There are sun loungers. Pool umbrellas and sun loungers. In 10-15 minutes from the hotel and the large sandy beach of Nissi beach. There are umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee.

I recently stayed at the Annmarie Beach Resort in Ayia Napa and had lunch from their menu. Being gluten free, I always worry about what I can safely eat when dining out. I want to give a big thank you to Tamara, who was so helpful and thoughtful when I ordered. She kindly checked with the Chef to make sure which dishes were safe for me, and I really appreciate when staff take the time to do this, it makes such a difference. Thank you, Tamara, and the team, for making my stay more enjoyable and stress free!

Hotel has perfect location , close to the center and all you need is nearby.
Staff - Very friendly. Hotel and rooms are clean.
Our kids were comfortable in this hotel.
Breakfast was good , but everyday was the same food.
Pool closes very early at 7 PM.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from what the photos and descriptions showed, starting with the housekeeping, they were very rude and badly trained, the floors were drowned with water, they didn't even restock our mini bar(water, coffee etc) they also didn't give us new cups to drink with instead we had to ask for new cups, she gave us new cups and we told her to take our old ones instead she took our old cups, went to the bathroom and just put water in them, then removed the water from the cups and put them back on the table for us, in the bathroom the towels that we had already used were found on the floor and no new towels were placed and we confronted them but they declined everything and under the beds it was extremely dirty as if they didn't clean it for months. moving on to the pool which was filled with chlorine more than it should have, it left my eyes red and puffy and caused my sister allergies, even the free water they put on the side tasted like pool water, filled with chlorine, moving on to the food, the chicken was so dry, the scrambled eggs tasted like water. The staff in the restaurant both the main and pool one were so kind and hard working but the housekeeping and all the others were so rude and were refusing to give us basic hotel room needs, the bathtub kept spilling water, the sink was so old and tiny I couldn't fit even one hand in there, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all the same thing but just in different packing and the walls were so thin you could literally hear the person next to you conversation . Overall this hotel has zero value for money and I don't recommend it.

Very nice laid back hotel. The best pool ever. They also have indoor pools. Very good breakfast. Lovely rooms. The best part is the location not too far from everything! Good staff and amazing cheap cocktails!

We are having a great time!
They surprised us really nicely for my daughter’s birthday! Location is perfect, but compared to other hotels around here is very quiet at nights. Room is amazing, spacious, the third bed we had is super comfortable not an old sofa like others. Mattress covers and pillows super nice. Bedsheets extremely clean. Housekeeping did a great job changing towels and cleaning the room! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and amazing!!!!

We stayed in mid-September, and the hotel was absolutely fantastic, especially the location and the staff. Lydia and Mikela at the reception were wonderful and incredibly helpful, always providing professional service. The housekeeping staff were sweet and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the food selection was quite large, offering a variety of options each day.
Don't rely on the negative comments. We totally recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very nice, price and quality is so good. Breakfast and dinner are also great and fresh, for everyone's taste.

The room we got was horrible. We did not have kettle, pillows were dirty, room full of ants so don't take or keep your food on table. Bathroom was not cleaned properly and the drain in the shower was so clogged it was not possible to have a shower wirhout the flooding the room 😡. So so bad. And the wifi u will catch on balcony from public wifi network. Don't expect to have it in room....I do not recommend this hotel at all

The hotel was in a good place, very near to the city center, but there is no good beach near, the nearest good beach is far, like 25 minutes walk, the Nissi and Landa beaches are far, like 30_50 minutes walk.
The food was very good, delicious and lots of different offers every day. The reception guys were very nice and helpful.
The roos service wasn't so good, I asked for shower gel almost every day, and the cleaning was not so good as well.
The hotel is located very near to the car repair center and it was not quiet and the view from that side was not nice as well.

Came on a couples holiday for 7 nights.
Pleasant stay but confused why we paid for all inclusive when we were very limited on what drinks we could have. The drinks we could have had a ridiculous amount of alcohol in them & weren’t drinkable.
Only a few staff were friendly, majority didn’t pay much attention to us.
When we arrived we had no duvet/sheet, so I pulled down the duvets from the cupboard & used them. The fourth day house keeping finally decided to give us one sheet, but not two. They also took away all of our toilet roll, which confused us slightly?
The lifeguard shows absolutely no interest in his job. Sits playing on his phone all day long.
No access to the fridge without paying each day, so we just went to the local shop & got cold water each evening to keep ourselves hydrated.
Minimal entertainment. Most people opt to go out for the evening to find their own. Which is what we did.
The beach is not sandy. This wasn’t a huge deal for us as we found it pleasant to have a walk along the path that runs by side of it in the evening but would have preferred that we could enjoy the sand!
Overall we didn’t have an awful experience. The beds were comfy enough & for two young people on their first couples holiday we were happy enough & able to make the most of it. Wouldn’t stay here again though.
