Nice clean hotel near to the harbors. Rooms are clean and decently decorated. Beds are good and rooms have strong air conditioning. Pool area is magnificent with so many different parts and depths for all kinds of users. Most shallow parts were maybe 100 cm and deepest 135 cm. Perfect with school kids. There is a nice all-day menu at the Chin chin bar in the under a shade, and poolside bar where you can sit in the water while sipping your cold drinks in the heat.

Breakfast is rich with different types of food and treats. Local Cyprus tastes can also be found, like grilled halloumi.

All in all we very much liked our stay at Faros, and could imagine coming back.

Overall s two-week stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience due to exceptionally good restaurant service (many thanks to waitresses Nina and Diana, to the omelette lady at breakfasts), great location close to the beach, harbor and attraction park, nice pool, spacious rooms.
Despite minor negatives (room cleaning was not the best, sometimes there was sand on the floor) I would recommend this hotel to people with children and those who enjoy hanging out with friends at a really vibrant spot in the town.

Stay second week in June 2024.

What can I say other than fantastic!

A beautiful hotel and pool area in a
great central location. Very clean in every aspect with plenty of staff available 24/7 in every department who are all willing to go the extra mile to make your stay perfect.
Food is of a high quantity and the rooms are of a good size.

To find one area that could be improved would be the standard to which the rooms are tidied each day during your stay but even this is adequate with clean towels and drinking facilities refreshed every day.
Definitely staying again, well done Faros.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The pools were beautiful. Food selections (breakfast for us) were mind blowing with so much choice. The staff could not be more attentive and helpful and were just so friendly the entire time. Andy and staff in the Chin Chin bar were phenomenal. We would have no hesitation in recommending and certainly intend to stay again in the future. Thank you for such an amazing holiday.

I don’t normally write reviews but for this I really need to let everyone know what they are letting themselves in for! This hotel is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel!! I regret booking this hotel the minute I stepped inside. I paid over £1000 for 4 nights with only breakfast included. The breakfast is awful worst one I’ve had and I go on a lot of holidays. If you are booking half board there is no buffet included you have to order a single meal in.. they have an indoor pool which isn’t heated?!? The rooms are so basic I could of get a better room in a 3 star hotel.. there was not one staff at the pool bar the whole time we was there and you have to pay £25 euros just to use the beds at the pool?!?! We requested a double bed but still got 2 singles. The cleaning service was okay but not brilliant.. Don’t waste your money guys there is way better hotels for the price then this one!! Outdoor pool is nice and downstairs toilets are very clean nice lobby area but still not worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again. I’m not even being unfair or unreasonable, this is my honest review.

The hotel in general was ok but the cleaning service was the worst, they didn’t do any cleaning at all, they used to change the towels and refill the shampoo and thats it, even the bathroom it smells awful and disgusting. The breakfast was almost the same every day

Very nice hotel, beautiful and very clean.
The breakfast is good. The swimming pool is very nice. only negative point, soundproofing of the bay window if you overlook the street. noise from motorbikes, cars, sound systems.... otherwise apart from this small point we slept very well and enjoyed the hotel which is super well located.

The hotel has a great situation near the shore, beach and the centre. Room was clean and in good shape. Everything went perfectly and the staff was really wonderful and helpfull. Highly recommend!!

Amazing staff, nothing was too much trouble. They are all very friendly and we had many chats with some of the staff as they all speak good English and always interested in what we were doing and where we had been or going to. The rooms are a good size and the pool is amazing. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep and right next to the lovely harbour.

Love the view from our room, good sea view albeit didn't think so when we arrived in the dark, we could only see some scrub land, but in the morning saw loads of gold finches, amazing.Also great sunsets
