Faros Hotel

The hotel was lovely. We took advantage of the premium rooms,but I was disappointed as the only difference was you had an extra shower head. Not worth the extra. The staff in the hotel were excellent. They made you feel very welcoming. Andrew and his bar staff were superb (living the dream ) 😜 The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choices. We will definitely be visiting again.

Just back from a week, Bed & Breakfast. Super friendly staff throughout from our welcome to leaving. Room was very nice, we got an unexpected pool view too. Breakfast was usual Euro fare, bacon & sausage were not to my taste but there were hundreds of other options. Omelettes to order are available, but do seem to take some time to prepare. Pool area was spotless and beds were plentiful. Hotel location is tremendous, everything you need is within a few hundred metres.

Great hotel with friendly and professional staff and excellent location. Everything was absolutely amazing - location, staff, cleanlinesses, facilities. People were kind and everyone was ready to help, especially Katerina. Food was amazing, I can't describe how tasty and various it was, we had HB package, both dinner and breakfast were exceptional (soufle desserts especially). Also loved yoga classes (very professional level for a hotel). Hope to be in Faros next year, huge thanks to everyone for this unforgettable and great stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service was excellent. We requested a room with a nice view, and they gave us one with a breathtaking view. Thanks to the whole team for making our weekend so special! Highly recommend!

As a former bar manager in a 5-star hotel, I am completely blown away by the level of service I received in this 4-star one.
We had our wedding at Ayia Napa and the Faros Hotel was the perfect pick for accommodation. Our room was immaculate and cozy with an amazing view of the sea. But my biggest surprise was the kindness of everyone from the staff. They never failed to smile, the waiters were funny and direct but never obtrusive.
I could always go to the receptionist ladies with any questions they ran the extra mile to help me out. Even the porters who helped us with the luggage were super nice. When we came back from our wedding ceremony one of them congratulated us, shook my hand, and wished us the best. What is just a small gesture I know, but he didn't have to do it. Small things like this can elevate a hotel from a place to stay to one to remember. I'd like to mention Andys and Dolly the two bartenders who also elevated our stay to sky high. Real professionals cannot thank them enough for the amazing cocktails and hospitality. If I visit Ayia Napa again I will definitely stay at this hotel and recommend it to others. Nice clean hotel near to the harbors. Rooms are clean and decently decorated. Beds are good and rooms have strong air conditioning. Pool area is magnificent with so many different parts and depths for all kinds of users. Most shallow parts were maybe 100 cm and deepest 135 cm. Perfect with school kids. There is a nice all-day menu at the Chin chin bar in the under a shade, and poolside bar where you can sit in the water while sipping your cold drinks in the heat.

Breakfast is rich with different types of food and treats. Local Cyprus tastes can also be found, like grilled halloumi.

All in all we very much liked our stay at Faros, and could imagine coming back.

Overall s two-week stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience due to exceptionally good restaurant service (many thanks to waitresses Nina and Diana, to the omelette lady at breakfasts), great location close to the beach, harbor and attraction park, nice pool, spacious rooms.
Despite minor negatives (room cleaning was not the best, sometimes there was sand on the floor) I would recommend this hotel to people with children and those who enjoy hanging out with friends at a really vibrant spot in the town.

Everything is good, the location is very good, 5 minutes walk from the pier, there are many shops on the pedestrian street around, the hotel is great, very clean, the swimming pool is large, the service attitude is very good, the breakfast is rich; the internet is also very good...

What can I say other than fantastic!

A beautiful hotel and pool area in a
great central location. Very clean in every aspect with plenty of staff available 24/7 in every department who are all willing to go the extra mile to make your stay perfect.
Food is of a high quantity and the rooms are of a good size.

To find one area that could be improved would be the standard to which the rooms are tidied each day during your stay but even this is adequate with clean towels and drinking facilities refreshed every day.
Definitely staying again, well done Faros.
