We stayed for 10 nights. The price seemed expensive at the time, however we'll worth it. Guaranteed sunbeds at the pool and private beach area all free of charge, we only got bed and breakfast however the breakfast was great. Rooms cleaned every day and we were provided with fresh towels and soaps daily. The hotel also had a gym and spa, indoor pool all free of charge. The hotel was beautiful inside and well maintained. The room was ample size and the air con was a life saver! Only downside is that it is far from a decent sandy beach and far from the harbour with all the restaurants, however there are a few good restaurants nearby and it's only a 40 minute walk across. Definitely would come back again.

We came for 11 nights as bed and breakfast, during our stay we have found the hotel clean and staff very helpful. The pools are good and there is plenty of beds. The gym is decent. Restaurants and drinks in hotel are expensive and it is slightly outdated but we would definitely come again. also the walk to the harbour can be hard in the heat

A really nice hotel. Very quiet compared to its sister hotel next door. Adults only which is nice if you want that sort of thing. Food was plentiful and good quality. Make sure you go to the roof top bar.

What a wonderful hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely. We were upgraded to junior suite, which was great.

Good hotel with lovely food and friendly staff. Bit quiet put of season but picks up when it gets sunny. As it's adults only it mainly carers to older guests

First time back here since 2013 when we had stayed 3 consecutive years at the Athena Beach; stayed at the Royal for 7 nights 3rd to 10th April which we chose as we don't normally holiday during out of schoolers and was relaxing, gentle but friendly to mix with younger and older couples alike.
The continuation of the emplarary service, decor, cleanliness and bonhomie is evident since 2013. In the intervening years we always intended to come back to the best hotel we both agree we have ever had the pleasure of staying at.
Everything is perfect from the food variety and sustainability right down to the ambient background music, the air diffusers, efficiency of the lifts, entertainment and animation projects to the cheery greeting of all levels of staff as they quietly go about their chores.

We stayed here for 10 days during early March. Hotel is perfectly situated to be right on the seafront with easy walking distance to the harbour and easy links to other areas available.
Staff were amazingly helpful and service was second to none. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices available!
I would 100% recommend staying here and will hope to return closer to peak season.

Very comfortable hotel catering to a senior clientele. Good service from all staff. A la carte restaurant good but overpriced. Good breakfast selection. Elite class for some rooms a nice touch.

I'm a frequent traveler and I think I've found my new favorite hotel. Although the rooms were a bit outdated, the hospitality and value have far exceeded my expectations. Leading from the top, the assistant GM Andres was nothing short of excellent.
He took pleasure interacting with every single guest. (No really, every single guest!) Worked tirelessly to make sure everyone was enjoying themsevles. This man needs a raise!
The property was gorgeous and well kept. We enjoyed a nearly empty resort (opening month), with plenty of activities and plenty of drinks. Huge shout-out to Maria, Lovely, and Manisha from the bar for keeping us liquored up and the amazing entertainment team for all the fun games.
We were quite pleased with the food options as well. Breakfast buffet had a variety of fresh fruits, meats/fish, some local cuisine, including the classics. Lunches were light yet delicious, and Bogdan was really friendly and attentive. Dinner buffets had a delicious, rotating menu with a huge variety to choose from.
It made our honeymoon so easy to enjoy. Thanks again to the outstanding staff mentioned and everyone else who made our stay extra special!

Pure luxury. Fabulous food. Polite, helpful staff. Super room with coffee maker, kettle and plentiful supply of luxury bathroom products. Breakfast inside and outside was an absolute joy. Will definitely be going back.
