I am grateful to the cooks for the delicious variety of dishes. They even managed to satisfy and surprise a child who is a picky eater. This big plus made up for the old, gnawed in places, furniture in our room 314. There were no problems with drinking water, the bar is varied. You can't hear your neighbors or cars - the balcony door is hermetically sealed. Everything is great, come!

We had 6 nights (all inclusive package) and really enjoyed our staying. Our room was good enough (good size, not old), the lady who cleaned our room was the best! Also can say about all staff of this hotel - everyone was polite, friendly, helpful, trying to do their best. About food - you can always find something tasty for your personal preferences. The only thing we didn't like were drinks. But for us, it was not a big deal. The main advantage of this hotel for us - it's location (3 minutes walk from the beach and 2 minutes walk from main street). Perfect!

We were worried after reading some of the reviews, yes, it needed some updating, but the room was clean, roomy, we had a nice Outlook from the balcony. Food was great, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Great friendly hotel, perfect location to get to beach an main strip, lovely pools, clean rooms an comfortable beds with balcony, we were all exclusive and couldn't fault the food. Really enjoyed our stay

Room was a good size and clean apart from some damage on the doorframe, the bathtub and the chairs were broken on the balcony. Main problem was the bed being smaller than the images online.Service was great apart from the front desk manager when I complained about issues. Location is prime just up the road from the beach and main road. Pool was nice but could do with a repairs as some tiles were missing. The entertainment was amazing, water polo during the day and bingo or karaoke at night etc

The place is okay. The rooms are clean but that's all. The rest of the hotel isn't super clean. I understand it is big and has a lot of people but the management could have been better. At the restaurant (opposite the pool but indoors) the manager or employee of the restaurant was shouting this lady at 09:45 to CLOSE the crepe/omelette station while is was 6 people standing in front of her waiting to be served. He was super rude to this African woman which with all of her heart refused to close it because of all of us standing waiting. If it's a busy station then add three people working there NOT one and expect miracles. The guy made a weird comment to my friend wearing a bikini top that she's not properly dressed and to cover herself. (3 meters away everyone is naked in the pool) If such rules apply they must add on a poster before entering the restaurant.

Food was alright
The people at the reception are super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the bar has non vegetarian or allergy friendly milk for your coffee. The staff is not so happy to be there unfortunately. U can understand the vibes.

I have recently made a booking Constantinos The Great Beach Hotel to attending a wedding in September. When booking I was meant to book all inclusive and clicked bed a breakfast by mistake. I emailed the hotel and they came straight back to me and help me change the booking before the payment had gone through and couldn't have been more helpful. Abbie was amazing, funny and has sorted everything out. Can't wait to stay.

The hotel is half dated and half has had a revamp. The poolside is dirty and very rarely cleaned properly saying that both pools are in good condition. It is in a fantastic position close to the beach and the strip. The cleaning is poor and not to a high standard at all. The complimentary room was disgusting a ball of hair blocked the plughole when i used it absolutley gross. The food is quite boring and im not picky about food but i found it not that good, most of the staff are very friendly but i have to say Lena on the reception desk was so helpful and kind and went out of her way to help me.

Hotel is very Good for ourselves, with fast and good bar service, Good position ( 3-5 mins from the beach ) and tasty food from morning to evening with snacks. Hotel is clean, rooms are big with big balcony And Amazing view on the city or on the pools with sea view aswell. Pools are clean and big.. Bathroom in the room are quite dirty but nothing baddest. Recommend ✌🏻🇨🇾
