Hotel is located in the resort area of Protaras, close to the picturesque Bay Fig tree. Ideal for lovers of scuba diving. On site created water channels and ponds with fish.

A great place to get away and relax from the hustle and bustle of poverty, the rooms are not very big but for me alone it was more than enough. Good food and a fairly high level of service.

High quality service, very nice rooms with high quality materials everywhere. Really felt like in a 4 star hotel. They have nice pools and it is really close to the beautiful fig tree beach. They have a lovely koi pond where fish are very friendly.
Breakfast was delicious and diverse enough.
Had a very good time here.

We have been here quite a lot of times. It's our favourite as my daughter used to call it "our sunshine family " staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast has so much choice. Depending on what you'd like. They have increased there adult area sunbathing/pool area. They have Mamas and Koi restaurants which are well worth visiting. X

Given the price we paid I was shocked when we arrived at the hotel. The rooms were very basic with cheap, itchy bedding and a tiny balcony which had a view of a car park and the sea beyond. The food in the hotel was mediocre and with the exception of Eleni at the front desk the service was poor. The pool area was nice enough but nothing particularly special. Had we paid 1/2 the price we would have probably accepted it but this is in no way a top notch hotel. We were given an upgraded rooms so I would hate to see what the rooms were like. They did offer us a duplex room which would have involved our 20 year old, 6 ft 4 inch son sleeping on a single sofa bed so not really an appropriate solution.

**Another Fantastic Stay at Capo Bay!**

We’ve just returned from another wonderful stay at Capo Bay, and as usual, it did not disappoint. This hotel is our go-to destination every time, and there are many reasons why. The property is kept impeccably clean, the service is top-notch, and the location is perfect.

A special shoutout to Ajay from the kitchen. Every morning, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcomed. His special omelettes were a highlight of our mornings. Thank you, Ajay, for your kindness and hospitality!

We can’t wait to return again!

Very good hotel, maid service is amazing. Drinks are very nice and WiFi is fast. The location isn't too bad. Sea view rooms are great. Pool is alright. More then enough for kids and an adult only area with a pool. Food is a bit expensive.

This hotel comes up as a 5 star hotel in many booking websites. We should have checked Google before booking it.

Pros: The restaurant staff is absolutely amazing, very friendly and attentive. We were given a sea view room even though we booked a room with an inland view. Bed was comfortable. Gym open 24hours which was great . Plenty of parking spaces. Pleasant foyer .

Cons: Rooms are average. Air con very noisy. Check in straight forward but no personal handover. Toiletries were not replaced even though we stayed for 3 nights. Feels like the hotel is more worried about people stealing towels than making a pleasurable experience for the guests. Inaccessible beach, overcrowded, we didn’t bother. Buffet restaurant very limited. Gym too small for the size of the hotel, getting easily crowded, especially before breakfast. Complementary water only on day one, you’ll have to buy your own from the hotel mini market for the rest of the stay.

Friendly staff, but just not what we were expecting. If you have a car it’s best to explore away from the direct area . There are some fantastic isolated locations within 20 mins of the hotel.

I didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't comment on the rooms, but we spent the day there, had lunch at Koi, and enjoyed the public beach. The food was exceptionally good and fairly priced. The view was stunning, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
