Great place for a stopover. We have enjoyed various moxy’s before and the quality is maintained throughout. The rooms feel fresh and nice, well kept. Quite a lot of food options. Coffee is always available. Ease and comfort of staying is a plus.

I am staying here for 10 days and I requested them to clean my room after 2 days and they denied, saying they only do it after 3 days. I politely told them I’m going through some personal problems and would really appreciate if they could clean the room today instead of tomorrow. And the girl at the reception just said NO. They only do it after 3 days so there’s no way she could process my request. I don’t get it, she could see that I’m in tears because of my personal issues and all I wanted is a clean room to go back to after I’m done with work. What kind of service do they offer if they cannot make any exceptions for a guest who’s staying for 10 days there? I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm service.

Location is excellent for visits to BASF and Henkel in Holzhausen.
Service is very good as well. Please note that you should request housekeeping service explicitly.
Rooms are a tad bit small, but ok. No upgrade of rooms for loyalty guests so far.

I used to stay at Moxy several times, but this time I have arrived 14:55 to the check in. The employee at service desk charged my card with an earlier check in! 20 euros. And even didn’t say anything about it. Was also really unfriendly. Yes they have it written on the desk in front of check in table..but 14:55? Really? The stay and service do not cost what they charge. Not recommend.

The staff here is very friendly, and the Wi-Fi works great, which was a big plus. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the city center, you can take two different trams to get there.
On the downside, the rooms lack basic amenities. There’s no wardrobe, fridge, shelves, or closet to store your belongings. They also don’t provide slippers, a mini bar, a kettle, or a safe. The bed sheets are not the best quality and can be noisy when you move. Additionally, each guest only gets one pillow, which might not be enough for some.
If you’re arriving after midnight, make sure to call ahead, as they lock the revolving door and have a specific process for entry.
Overall, it’s a simple stay but missing some essentials for comfort.

Alexander who help us to check in was so kind and polite! Like the services and the way he communicate with the customer very much!

Very mixed emotions.. Asked to swap rooms on our long stay due to TV being faulty and was told to take our luggage downstairs to receive new key. Okay. Then had to watch someone else spin a wheel to win a bottle of wine for 5 minutes while staff watched.. Was given new room but TV faulty again.. Not sure if every TV is faulty.
We were also woken at 8am two or three times on separate occasions by a man who mustn’t of seen the ‘occupied) sign on door
Staff are otherwise conversational, offering free drinks out at every opportunity they get (which i imagine is policy to soften any issues that arise)

The room was nice, air-conditioned, clean, and the bathroom was very comfortable.
It's just that the water in the sink is small enough.
In addition, it faces the street. If the window is opened, it will be noisy if the light rail passes by.
