I’m a QR cabin crew and we stay with your hotel on our layover. I especially want to take out a moment and thank Ms. Mariella who was on duty at the front desk on 29.05.24 you really made my day you’re exceptional at customer service and even for the rest of your staff y’all were so amazing, Thank you for a sweet gesture to all of us crew, The wake up calls before we leave, You took extra care to speak to us in a very sweet way. When we are staying in the hotel it's very important to have good facilities and equialent to that is very important to have helpful staff.The Front desk team are doing a really amazing job. I had chance to talk with Ms Barbora, she was really helpful and she have lots of positive energy. Hope to see you all again soon. Wish you all very best.

I can recommend the hotel for a shorter stay. Rooms are large enough and clean. Overall, the hotel is a bit outdated. Breakfast sufficient with enough choice. Staff very courteous and nice, the restaurant is not to be recommended as far as the food is concerned, you get better in Düsseldorf.

Worst check out experience.
Left hotel without receiving a invoice. This was after 30min waiting at the reception in the morning checkout. The lady and her manger worked on it for 30min, In the end said they couldn’t print out the right address for whatever reason and promised they will send me per email before noon 12:00, waited whole day got nothing. Called 3 times, wrote an email , got nothing. It already cost me 2 hours to deal with the hotel to get a correct invoice …. And I still haven’t received it.

Everything was great. We stayed three nights each in two weeks. In the interim, we had to choose another place because we could not find a place here and we felt the regret every day. I will stay every time I come to Düsseldorf, I no longer have to look for a hotel. Thanks again to the whole team.

It is insanely unhealthy with room temperature of 23-25 degreee with the window open. The airco is turned off as it is spring and the heater some how heats up all rooms even if you turn it off. My whole body itches from the bed and heat.
The swimming pool is small for two people so not worth going to the pool if you have kids.

Stayed on business recently and it was an excellent choice. Very welcoming and professional staff, large, clean room with views out over the city. Quiet and comfortable nights sleep. Very convenient for the ubahn network also. Would definitely stay here again.

Great staff , good facilities, great location , nice atmosphere. I found the rooms spacious, clean and tidy- I also liked the pool and sauna. They have a nice stand in front of reception with complimentary water and snacks, which is nice. I will stay again when I go back.

Does not look great from the outside, but you can tell it used to be a fairly grand place. But it needs a bit of a refurbishment. Room was well appointed, but dated. Breakfast was good. It's location is away from the city centre, although on good transport links.
