Radisson Blu Conference Hotel, Dusseldorf

I am sitting here with my family at breakfast. It's a great breakfast with a vast variety. We all feel welcomed here and the location is perfect. The city centre is 5 minutes away from the hotel.
And the stadium around 10 minutes.
The hotel doesn't look nice from outside but inside it's quite modern.
Before breakfast my wife checked us out and she said that the lady seemed not to be happy to work on a Sunday. She looked very stressed and was not very interested to know how our stay was.
But we take our hats off to a lady called Deborah at the reception. Yesterday we waited for a while to be able to check in as the front desk was crowded but then Deborah checked us in with a lovely smile and we fell very welcomed. She was absolutely amazing and professional. She answered all our questions and helped us a lot. We need more Deborahs in this sad world!
Thank you all for this lovely stay in Dusseldorf and we are looking forward to coming back here and hopefully by then the pool area will be opened again.

The accommodation was very amazing, service was excellent and staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful
They also have luggage storage which facilitates leaving my bags into it safely

When we are staying in the hotel it's very important to have good facilities and equialent to that is very important to have helpful staff.The Front desk team are doing a really amazing job. I had chance to talk with Ms Barbora, she was really helpful and she have lots of positive energy. Hope to see you all again soon. Wish you all very best.

I can recommend the hotel for a shorter stay. Rooms are large enough and clean. Overall, the hotel is a bit outdated. Breakfast sufficient with enough choice. Staff very courteous and nice, the restaurant is not to be recommended as far as the food is concerned, you get better in Düsseldorf.

Everything was great. We stayed three nights each in two weeks. In the interim, we had to choose another place because we could not find a place here and we felt the regret every day. I will stay every time I come to Düsseldorf, I no longer have to look for a hotel. Thanks again to the whole team.

Stayed on business recently and it was an excellent choice. Very welcoming and professional staff, large, clean room with views out over the city. Quiet and comfortable nights sleep. Very convenient for the ubahn network also. Would definitely stay here again.
