Well located hotel . Clean and modern . Service was up to standards.

This hotel is very good in every place. The front desk was very enthusiastic when we arrived that night. They introduced the hotel's features and found comfortable pillows and quilts for us. The hygiene and surrounding environment were also good. However, the only drawback was that there was no exercise room and breakfast was served outside the hotel, not inside the hotel.

I had an excellent stay here. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, nice rooms. The hotel is very centrally located close to the U-bahn and the bicycle station.

I booked and paid for my room ahead of time, the room I booked had a queen bed and a bathtub, however when I checked in my room didn't have any of the amenities I paid for. Once I called the front desk they said that the room I booked was not ready which doesn't make any sense. The customer service on the first day was really bad, however, it got better the second day, as it was a different representative. I was unhappy cause I didn't get what I paid for, however it's a great location.

Great location for the Hamburg Harley Days and other Reeperbahn activities :). Watch out for the ladies of the night trying to sweep you up stairs while you're stumbling home, haha

I and my wife will be repeat offenders. We were now already for the seventh time in this Hotel, since the year 2013. For us it is every time an experience. The staff is always friendly and attentive, which is why we feel at home here. This time we were offered a free Upgrade to a Superior room and we have been very pleased. It was for sure the last to stay with you, we will come back.
After so much Positive, we wish to fit the following suggestion for improvement:
- the mattress in our room 418 was very through. One has it seen, what is not appropriate for a hotel of this price class; we communicated this when you check out at the reception already.
With the other Service we were more than satisfied, also with regard to the cleanliness of the rooms.

We have felt ourselves very well in the Arcotel Onyx. Super Service, very courteous staff, genjales Frühstücksbufet. Detention overall, very nice ambience. The Action to save the bees is great !

A little something for the protection of the environment: I would soap in the rooms liquid hand dispenser refill set instead of Soaps which are then thrown away.
