Staff was nice and friendly. Rooms clean and good central location. Roof top bar is nice. Parking however was very complicated and in another building that we never managed to access so ended up giving up and parked elsewhere. Got a refund from the reception for parking. Rooms are loud - easy to hear guests in other rooms and every time toilets are flushed on every floor, they use a vacuum system similar to airplanes and it is extremely loud and can be heard from other rooms. Same with showers etc. so ultimately in many rooms you will get very bad sleep which was a dealbreaker for me.

Super noisy water pipes… anytime you turn on the water - toilet, sink, shower - it is insanely loud. Very unpleasant when travelling with a Partner. We booked a room with street view through a booking Platform online, they gave us a view to the dark inner courtyard where everyone can look into your room -> when i raised this at reception the answer was « we can upgrade you for an extra 25€ » …. Not ok!

Great view of the water (if you get a water view), great repurposing of a warehouse, and the location is good too. Robotic parking garage is very modern. Airplane like bathroom and shower suction plumbing is loud. Use of keypad entry codes for rooms is needlessly complicated. Access to lobby and parking is cumbersome.

Fantastic location with amazing views of the port. This is a converted industrial building with a bar restaurant on the top floor. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, breakfast was excellent, lovely staff. One strange thing is the aircraft style plumbing but it was as if that was part of the character too. We loved our stay and would definitely return, lots of restaurants and bars nearby

200€ for a room that looks like a shag motel with very basic layout. The reception is at 8th floor while the rooms are in the lower floors (2-4) no aircon and a vending machine in the hall. No keys for the rooms( you need a weird 8 digit code to go in). Unless you get lucky with a river view try to avoid it.

Stay two nights here, the location is great. However the service is just average, and the downside shouldn't even happen with a hotel at this price.
First room we entered has a harbour view but a very smelly bathroom, we asked for a change, the reception changed us to another room with good efficiency, although the room has no view anymore, it's acceptable for us to have a normal smelling room.
Here comes the real downside: be aware that every time you flush your toilet, wash your hands, there's a loud noise coming form the pipe. Not to mention it you take a shower, this big noise comes every 30 seconds. In the morning you can hear a symphony coming from every corner of the hotel.

Nehir manzaralı oa seçtim. Bu oteli tercih etme sebebim nehir manzarasıydı. Eğer bu sizin için önemli değilse bu otelde kalmanızı önermiyorum. Kendimi gemide gibi hissettim. Konforlu değildi, temizlik tatmin edici değildi. Kahvaltı yaparken sandalyelerin silindiği bezle masaların silindiğini gördüm ve bu hoşuma gitmedi. Kahvaltı da iyi değildi. Bu otelde güzel olan tek şey nehir manzarası. Bir daha tercih etmem.

When checking in the door code did not work.
Also the room was quite «rough» and there was much noise, and every time someone nearby flushed the toilet you hear the pumps.

Strange and bad
A modern hotel with the reception not at the entrance but you have to take the elevator up. The signage is not very clear so it was difficult to figure out where the reception is. Nothing in the description. Ok, small thing once you know. Next is parking which is advertised as available. I did get a parking space but it was very difficult to get someone to open the gate to the parking. The reception did not answer the phone. I had to park in a 15 minute space on the street, go up to reception who just said "Sorry, we're busy". It was a hassle. Finally, the outside area is a noisy port area and the windows don't close fully and let in all noises. Not coming back
