Scandic Hamburg Emporio

Great location. Clean and comfy rooms. Kind and helpful and honest staff. Great breakfast, especially if you have kids. Good Gym. Pet friendly.
Not really a dislike but a slight inconvenience given current underground parking situation where the system used to allocate parking spaces is under construction or being re vamped. Hence, you might find yourself without parking directly beneath the hotel but around the hotel instead. But this will settle in and be managed a lot better in the coming months.

Stayed here and cant fault anything. Only downside was the fridge in my room wasnt working and controls for heating and cooling the rooms were also not working. The hotel is located in a very nice area. I would highly recommend

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at the Scandic Emporio when we were visiting from Canada for the Taylor Swift concert. The staff members were all so kind and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was a short walk to the city centre and close to many shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the area. Thank you!

Nice and fresh hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet. The hotel has its own garage that costs €30 for 24 hours, but if you’re only staying for one night, I recommend parking the car on the street. Parking is free from 20:00 to 09:00

The perfect location for marathon runners to stay! Our room was large with a very comfortable bed & we paid extra for access to the lounge. That was really useful for small snacks. Breakfast is really nice, busy but moves quickly. 1km from the marathon start line!

Every single person I interacted with, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I had a great stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

The hotel's location was also perfect, just a short walk from the city center and with easy access to public transportation. And the little touches, like the free afternoon snacks and drinks in the lobby, really made a difference.

The most amazing staff in this hotel! So helpful and kind ! They helped me so much with finding the perfect room! Thank you all🙏🏻😘 I stayed a month and have heavy allergies. This hotel is carpet free, anti-allergenic bedding, 2 full floors and several rooms on each floor pet free, smoke free, very clean, nice equipped gym and amazing saunas! I’ll be back!

Second time my partner and I have stayed in a Scandic hotel. Cozy rooms, super clean, quiet, and a comfortable sleep. Ole at the front desk was super friendly and attentive, and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants in town.

Enjoyed the bar, especially that they gave table service, and high quality drinks. Breakfast buffet has a good range of delicious options.
Would definitely recommend!
