Service: very kind and helpful reception. Breakfast service is also very helpful and nice. You are always greatest with a smile.
Room: nice and clean, anything you might require for your visit.
Breakfast: there are plenty of options for any tooth. There's all you need to start a healthy day.
Parking: a very convenient service for a hotel in a busy area. Quite confusing to get there especially with all the construction work around.
The only inconvenience is that the restaurant wasn't working so we had to look for a place to have dinner. Which ended up actually a good thing because we found a wonderful restaurant "Werft" around the corner.
Had to call reception on 2 occasions at 1.30 and 3.30am due to guests in next room blaring tv and partying until 5.30am. Reception attempted to contact them but the music was so loud they couldn't even hear them knocking at the door and had to gain entry via key card. Room was a connecting room, we were a family of 6 but were not given rooms next to each other. Upon checkout at 10am after 4 hours sleep, reception weren't bothered with my comments.
A special shout out to Claas, who gave us some helpful advice when we arrived. Several of the other staff spoke good English.
Another advantage is the proximity of a car rental, which even allows for the cars to park there over night, so that one does not need to book the hotel
Garage for €20/night! (Enterprise autovermieting)
Rooms were ok, on lower floors with aircon and window can be opened. Bf was fine, but there was not enough space for the huge amount of guests, so they opened some rooms next to the main bf room, partly without electricity, which means that we had bf in the dark 😊.
Gym has no mats for Yoga or the like.
Showercaps have to be requested.
Executive lounge just good for fetching some extra drinks or small snacks, but nothing special.
Staff extremely friendly!
