Excellent stay. Very central to everything. Quick walk to train. Lovely rooms with free mini bar. Breakfast was fabulous. Very kindly let us have room early after long 28 hr trip. Highly recommend

A very good surprise as the hotel is in the heat of Munich.
You can even come by during the day to freshen up if you need to.
The rooms are very nice and practical.
One thing is that the house keeping team forgets to add soap or lotion sometimes and you have to ask for it.

Great hotel for what we wanted. It is a reasonable price for an amazing location, you are right in the city. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful as well. The room is not fancy but is clean and has everything you need, plus the free drinks in the mini fridge are a nice bonus. Breakfast was nice, simple but good.

The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful which was greatly appreciated. This hotel is adjacent to the old town but on a sad one way street that has very little else on it, and thus isn't very attractive. The rates were different for the different nights I stayed, so one was an excellent value and the other not as much. The room was small and had very thin towels which wasn't great for drying long hair. Breakfast was good and the refrigerator provides 4 free beverages: apple juice, water, beer, and Coke. I drink 2 of the 4, and asked to swap the 2 I don't drink for the 2 I do. They said yes but didn't do it, so I had to ask again, which they then did the following day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options to suit every taste. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and I was impressed by how quiet it was throughout my stay — I slept soundly every night. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

The room was very clean and comfortable. I really like the wood-centric design. The breakfast buffet was a welcome treat, too. The hotel was convenient to all the Old Town locations we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable rooms and excellent service all within an easy walk to the sites in the heart of old town Munich.
I must specifically note that the front desk staff (Angelica and Sabrina in particular) were very helpful for me since my luggage had been lost in my connection to getting to Munich. They spent the time with me calling various numbers trying to help me get answers, which was well above their duties. I very much appreciate everything they did for me, and their kindness in listening to me.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Clean and very comfortable. They had a great breakfast spread and kept fresh food available. The fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing too! Staff was very accomodating to our needs throughout our stay. This hotel is easy walking distance to Maienplatz, lots of shops, eateries and public transportation. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect, just minutes away by foot to Marienplatz. The room was extremely clean and the people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was fantastic, very fresh and well prepared. The added perk of having the complimentary mini-bar that was restocked each day was really a nice perk, along with the water and coffee station that were always available. My only negative was that the air conditioning did not seem to work, but the temps at night were cool enough to just sleep with the window open. It was a bit noisy outside, as the Euros were happening, so I think there were a lively bunch of people out and about. But I did not see this as a big enough negative to not rate this hotel stay a full 10. Very pleased with this hotel!
