No complains. Food is delicious and always fresh. The service is superb and servers are very nice. Wide variety of food and the restaurants are very clean. Beach and pools are well maintained and clean.We felt very safe. No pushy sales or vendors. Highly recommended resort.

Coral Level is worth every penny. The food, service, and perks are better, and the territory itself is infinitely prettier. The beach access and beach shows are incomparable! There are mattresses and pillows and tents with plenty of choice if you get up in the early morning. I'd come back to this level and this beach with pleasure. Skip hibachi and the Italian restaurant at all costs! The nightclub isn't anything special outside of the AMAZING interior design, and the spa is nice! The casino has low buy ins, which makes it more fun and lower stakes if you prefer those, and overall, if you eat El Faro, it is your can't-miss location!

Wonderful experience! All of the staff members were so kind and went above and beyond. Eduardo and Cesar were our butlers and were great. Food was good and there was a wide variety to choose from. There is no way you could leave here hungry. The French restaurant was probably the best dinner we had! Drinks were great and the bartenders kept them flowing. Junior at the Beach Club was incredible. We will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and while everything from the ambiance to the service was exceptional, it was the food that truly elevated the entire experience. The hotel boasts a variety of dining options, each one a culinary journey in itself.

At the on-site restaurant, breakfast was a feast of fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. From artisan breads to exotic fruits, the attention to quality and presentation was evident in every bite.

For lunch and dinner, the menu was a stunning mix of international dishes and local delicacies. I was blown away by the bursts of flavor. Every dish was artfully presented, making the experience as visually satisfying as it was delicious.

What also stood out was the impeccable service. I was always greeted with a lovely smile and positive energy from a staff member called Yeni. Other staff members also had a deep knowledge of the menu, offering thoughtful wine pairings and dessert suggestions that made each meal feel like a personalized event.

For those who appreciate fine dining, this hotel offers an unforgettable culinary experience. Whether you're indulging in a multi-course dinner or enjoying a quick bite by the pool, the hotel ensures that food is not just an amenity but a highlight of your stay. Highly recommended for food lovers!

The overall impression was excellent. The quality and variety of food that was available from the all inclusive package was amazing, especially being delivered day after day for a massive number of people.
Most of the staff were happy and welcoming. The front desk,/reception were a little less enthusiastic at times and were not always the most helpful.
The dive shop and dive guides were really excellent - friendly whilst also being very professional from a safety point of view and offered a great service.
All in all a great stay and great value for money.

I came to Iberostar Bavaro selection with family (group of 7) and I am very happy that I chose to come here. The food and drinks have been great and my picky kids haven’t complained. The entertainment staff have been great and including people in their activities. I enjoyed the archery activity. We celebrated dad’s birthday in the buffet in the evening and staff was excellent. They came with their instruments and it was like 10 employees and even danced with my dad. He was very happy. We will definitely be back in the future.

Overall had a great experience. The beach and rooms are beautiful. Pool is clean and well maintained. Staff is mostly friendly and profession. Entertainment team is good. Ayayay is very professional and helpful. Made every night fun and enjoyable.

AVOID THE SALES PITCH AT ALL COSTS! What starts off as a friendly encounter quickly turns into an uncomfortable and high-pressure situation. The salespeople become pushy, rude, and downright offensive, hounding you to buy into their club. It completely ruined our vacation. They desperately need to rethink their approach—no one wants a lecture on finances, especially from someone asking invasive and inappropriate questions. This was the absolute worst sales pitch we've ever experienced. Our visit to the beach was nothing short of spectacular. The landscape was breathtaking, with pristine shores and lush greenery all around. The entire area was immaculately clean, allowing us to fully enjoy the natural beauty without any distractions. It’s the perfect place to relax, soak in the sun, and appreciate the serene environment. Our stay at the villas was unfortunately marred by the presence of cockroaches.

The activities could be more inviting. The actvites staff was not as friendly, as i expected. And they did not keep us informed about what was happening. The waiters and waitress were outstanding. The food for the dinner meals was well above average. There was not one meal at dinner that was not amazing. The rooms were kept clean. Sometimes, it was had to get a drink at some of the bars, but it was busy. We are gold members, which has a few advantages.

The rooms and natural landscapes there were beautiful. The resort is not very big, making it easy to walk from the beach to the restaurant buffet and swimming pools. The staff leading the activities were very lively and great dancers, making all the events enjoyable. However, the service at some restaurants was disappointing. There was a situation where we had to wait for an hour due to a waiter's mistake at the steak house, but the manager and servers didn't handle the incident in a flexible or polite manner. The concierge who didn't make the proper spa reservation just tried to sell additional membership, but we blocked the contact beforehand. Housekeeping was not done until 5PM. Staff at the lobby are chasing you to send you to a very crappie souvenir store outside. Nevertheless, buffet with seafood was satisfying.
