Reviews
Gym is good, even though some of the machines didn’t work.
Pictures look much better with better rooms, but none of us got “these” type of rooms. ))
They provide you with one towel per person for spa and then they expect you to use it in your room, a bit strange but ok.
Make sure you bring your shampoo conditioner and lotion, because nothing is provided except for two boxes of hand soap, one in a shower and second one next to the sink.
Heard a lot of good reviews about breakfast, but nobody was a fan of it, it was okay, had some stomach ache after consuming their hot chocolate.
No fish no seafood, nothing like that was at the breakfast
Some eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages/ bacon and porridge, Some dry pastries and that’s it pretty much. Location is definitely good, 5-10 minutes walk to everything around the hotel, old town, nice restaurants and a mall.
Overall okay experience but nothing wow
Too big pillows did not like them.
Really like it. There usually aren't that many people there, so not over crowded and there are enough pools to suit all needs. Been there with both my kids (4 and 8) and they love it! There are 4 slides as well.
There are only 2 downsides
1. The air is a bit cold for my taste. So going between the slides and the pools is a bit chilly
2. If you come by car, there's only a limited amount of free space. But that's understandable considering the location
The waterpark side was very big with swimming pools so for swimming The place was really good.
Our target was K-18 side where there was different kinds of saunas and pools. Estetically the place was nice and pleasant and as we went already early afternoon, there was only 1-2 other customers at the same time. It was much smaller than we expected though it did have 5 saunas and 4 pools with different temperatures.
However, it only takes one bigger group to come and it starts to feel and sound growded. Around 4-5pm there was a group of 3 couples and hen night group with 6-7 girls and it already felt like place is really full.
The superior rooms on the 6th floor offer stunning views of the old city. These rooms are quiet, spacious, and equipped with bathtubs, leaving nothing to be desired. Just a note: if you plan to visit the spa, remember to bring your own slippers, although the reception sells quite nice ones for €6.
The breakfast selection is diverse, and the food is delicious. The restaurant has a cozy ambiance, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
The location is central, especially if you're arriving by cruise ship and plan to stay close to the old town. It's just a short walk to anywhere from the hotel!
