Details:

1. Loud Pool Training:
During our time at the SPA, a group pool training session took place. The trainer used a whistle very loudly and frequently, which significantly disrupted the relaxing atmosphere. When I politely asked the trainer to lower the volume, he dismissively told me it was none of my business. This ruined the overall SPA experience.


2. SPA Slippers Not Provided:
Slippers were not provided in the room and could only be purchased for a small fee. However, this information is only shared once you reach your room, meaning you have to return to the reception to get them. Quite inconvenient.


3. Bed Gap Issue:
The main bed was actually two smaller beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart, creating a gap in the middle. This could easily be fixed either by securing the bed legs with straps or placing a large double mattress on top.

I visited the spa/pool and oasis18+. I think that overall the place needs renovation. Some of the lockers were not working. There wasn’t a big variety of saunas, like in other spas. We were very excited for the salt sauna, but when we entered it was literally cold, and it had some big salt rocks instead of the typical salt used for exfoliation. There are much better places in Tallinn for the same price or less.
