I have just stayed here for 2 nights. Thank you to the hotel staff for making my birthday trip so special!
The lobby bar next to the fire was a nice place to enjoy an evening glass of wine.
The relaxation area with the Saunas were gorgeous and really relaxing. The room was nice, the window area made a nice window seat, being on the 8th floor it was lovely looking out and watching the snow. The staff were friendly and attentive and the room service was great. The location was good, being opposite the shopping centre you can cut through here to walk to old town, which was around a 10 minute walk away.

They downgraded my room because they were allegedly booked full, but then they offered the family next to us checking in a free suite upgrade, not two minutes after I had asked for an upgrade that I was offering to pay for. I was downgraded instead. They did give us some fruits and a bottle of Cava to try and make up for the downgraded, but a partial refund would have been more appropriate, or mot having the audacity to give people right next to me a free upgrade after denying my requestand then downgrading me on top of it.
The staff didn't seem to care on any level about whether or not we'd be coming back, so I guess I shouldn't care about coming back either.
The only positive I can say is that our tiny room was quite clean.
I've stayed at all of the major hotels in Tallinn, and I can suggest any of them over this, after how bad the service was. Especially for someone who had already paid for a better room and who was willing to pay even more.

Perfectly situated in the city center, many attractions can be reached by foot. Friendly staff. The rooms are of good size, nice colors, good mattress and clean. Bathroom is small, but serves its purpose. In spite of being next to a busy street l was not disturbed by the traffic.
Breakfast has a good selection of warm and cold dishes. Worth the extra price, if you are a breakfast person.

What a wonderful Hotel ! It is centrally located in Tallinn, close to the old Town, close to the cinemas and the film festival in Tallinn. The rooms are wonderful. I was so happy to have coffee and tea when I get up very early. The room service is excellent, and I just loved it. They had small pillows, which normally hotels don't have. The service at the reception and the breakfast were great. And I loved the breakfast choice, all kinds of bread, even Vegan. Lovely variety of fish!! And for sure, cheese, sausages, cakes, yoghurts, quark, fruits and warm eggs, scrambled eggs, hamburgers, vegan hot food... just a dream for breakfast. Highly recommended

Having prior experience, we chose it again. We stayed in a bigger family room, wife and I and two kids 13 & 14. Was very spacious with a decent sized bathtub. The rooms are very quiet. The air conditioning can be set to night mode which makes it quiet also.
We were travelling by car, so we used the hotels parking lot that's right behind the hotel, (20€ for 24hrs) totally reasonable. The lot was gated off and guarded.
The breakfast was like always, fantastic thank you.
We had some drinks at the lobby bar and some snacks. The mocktails for the kids were very good made for an adult's palette. I had the club sandwich it was good but not to offend I had better, the sides of fries were fantastically fried and seasoned.

We stayed at this hotel for two days, and overall, it was nice. However, when I tried to buy chocolate displayed in the window next to reception, I was told it wasn’t actually for sale. I noticed the prices were slightly cheaper than those at the gift shop they recommended at the train station. The room information mentioned that this is their newest flagship hotel, but it’s a bit disappointing that the items in the window can’t be purchased.
Also, even after more than a week since check-out, my Club One points still haven’t been credited to my account.
Overall,this is still a good hotel!

Room was clean and comfortable (view from the room wasn't great but that's a side note). The common areas in particular were pretty & tastefully decorated. Breakfast had a really good selection of foods, but wasn't among the tastiest I've had. Location excellent, in the heart of the city.

Good hotel in the center, next to Viru center. Short walk to the old town, not far from the harbour. Cool room in the summer, very good air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. The renovation is well made.

This felt like a hotel designed to be luxury but made cheaply. Front desk was understaffed. The rooms are small and the bathrooms extremely tight. The water from the shower floods the bathroom. We booked the sauna but discovered it wasn’t turned on, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do because it would take 2 hours to heat up.

The deluxe room was better that we expected from the photos, breakfast was alright and the wellness area was luxurious. We even had great luck and got the wellness area all for ourselves for a few hours.
Overall we were positively surprised, all the common spaces and the room were fancy.
